great service and amazing quality of clothes !
i ordered a dress twice and they were SO LOVELY ON ME but got a little too tight on my bust so im returning it. customer service is SO GREAT!! i love it. i’ve never came across such good customer service in ages. will order the same dress again and hopefully it fits this time lol🤍🤍
Super disappointed
Ordered a bikini set and was so disappointed. First of all I got two bikini tops (two in different sizes) and no bottom, very annoying. Plus the fit and proportions make no sense- the straps are ridiculously wide and the coverage of the bra maybe fits a six year old. On the website it seemed so flattering but irl it’s impossible to wear since it’s so unproportional. Do not make the mistake I did.

I had to return the dress because the top part of the dress was a little weird on me, and a button fell off so that’s why I returned it, but I LOVED the dress overall. They were so great with me and understanding about returning which some usually aren’t. The best customer service iVe experienced.

Accidentally placed an order using ShopPay while trying to enter a discount code to see lowered price. I was devastated by this, as was around £200 and basically cleared out my account. With two young kids, I just can’t afford to be without that amount of money until the end of the month. Contacted the customer service team, and Steph got back to me immediately. Was so helpful and understanding of my circumstances, and went above and beyond to cancel my order and ensure I was refunded. Amazing customer care; will definitely be shopping with you in future due to this!

Good customer service
I have bought a few items Beginning Boutique for a friend. There have been a couple of issues involved with shipping - none of which were of Beginning Boutique's making, but were willing to assist. They have always been helpful and provided great and fast customer service with all my interactions with them. My friend loves the items she's gotten too. 1 very small criticism is that i selected to get shipping updates texted to me but that never happened, instead relied on the AusPost app and the tracking on the Beginning Boutique website.

Impossible to do a return for gifts as you have 14 days. Purchased Christmas gift, paid shipping, returned item right after Christmas due to very cheap fabric and way too big (used their size guides) - paid shipping to return. Was only given a "store credit". Now I've spent a lot of money to only receive overpriced (for the very cheap quality) clothing. So, if I use the store credit to buy more cheaply made, overpriced clothes, I'll have to fork out even more money. Lesson learned... Don't buy from them unless you are completely sure it's gonna fit and that you're willing to be disappointed with their "cheap polyester" goods.....

Rude and terrible customer service
I ordered a skirt in my usual size, and it fitted perfectly. After following the washing instructions on the skirt - cold hand wash, the skirt still shrunk a great deal and is now too short for me.
I emailed customer service and told them about the problem, and got an extremely rude response; asking if the skirt shrunk in my hands while washing it. And sending me a link to a Google search on how to unshrink a skirt… I mean, seriously?? I’ve never experienced anything like it, and I do a lot of online shopping.
In the end I got offered a 25% refund of what I paid for the skirt.
Will definitely never shop with Beginning Boutique again. So grateful that there are so many other online stores that offers amazing and friendly customer service.

J’ai commandé une robe que j’ai payé 40€ plus 21€ de frais de ports. Jusque là tout va bien (à part le prix des frais de ports qui me paraissent exubérants). Je commande la robe puis quelques jours plus tard je reçois un mail comme quoi il faut payer des frais de douane d’un montant de 30€50 (alors que j’avais déjà payé 21€ de frais supplémentaires). Par dépit je me voit obligée de payer ces frais de douanes. Cette robe me revient donc a 91€ !!! Alors qu’elle ne devait me couter que 40€. Une fois reçue, la robe étant excessivement courte voire très vulgaire, je décide de la renvoyer. On me dis que je ne pourrais être remboursée que de 31€ sur 90€. Je fais donc la démarche de renvoi mais après plusieurs jours je ne reçois toujours pas de bordereau. C’est à ma grande surprise qu’en allant chez DHL pour faire le renvoi on me demande 109€ pour créer un bordereau ainsi qu’un renvoi en AUSTRALIE !!! Si nous devons résumer j’aurais dû payer 90€ la robe + 109€ de renvoie pour n’être remboursée que de 30€ et donc perdre 170€ pour une robe qui n’en vaut même pas 5€ vu le machin.

Really should have read these reviews first! Quality, cut and fit not there. Returned item for refund only to receive store credit (gee thx) rather than return to card as advertised (and selected). Vague & ambiguous returns policy and store credit remains. Guess we will stick with Hello Molly from now on.

Was concerned about hving paid duplicate times. Michelle handled my case with quick responses and reassurance. Such a sweet lady! Have not received my items but i do have high expectations because i have only heard lovely compliments about this brand. Looking forward!
EXCELLENT customer service
I purchased 2 dresses from this store that are absolutely beautiful. I love them so much. I did have to exchange one of them for a different size/other reasons but throughout that process the girls working there were the biggest help. I spoke to 2 girls Claudia and Lily who were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Lily went even above and beyond to helping make sure my exchange goes through as quickly as possible and shipped with express. The dresses I got from this shop are so beautiful, the quality you can tell is not cheap, very durable, and very comfortable. I can’t wait to wear them more!

Received daisy jean large ~ i wear a woman's 10-12 followed size chart on website.
Measured perfectly.
Well they don’t even slide over my legs. they also don’t offer XL which seems ridiculous for a 10-12 woman.
Wasted $7.99 on handling fee and a waste of everyone’s time. Please fix your size chart and please get appropriate sizes.

I placed an order for a last minute graduation dress a week before as my last one was an absolute disaster and was in such a rush I forgot to add express shipping. I immediately messaged the BB team and asked to upgrade my shipping status to express and they got back to me straight away and immediately upgraded my status free of charge and said it was out of goodwill. I’m so grateful to receive this as no other business seems to get back to me this quick regarding these type of issues or to offer this for express!
