Dreadful. I received a Blade system in April, which stopped working in June. I have been attempting to contact them consistently since to no satisfaction. I got a couple of amateur excuses such as "your ticket got lost in the system". And the last communication I got from them was in Sept, saying we'll get back to you tomorrow. They didn't and have ignored every communication since. I have given up with them and am looking at legal routes to get the money back now. Put simply - I would avoid this company completely, they are rip off merchants...

I ordered a keg, got confirmation email, got an email saying it was with the courier and would be delivered, then got an email saying my order had been refunded. No explanation, just cancelled and refunded. No answer from customer services either. Bit of a let down really.

Do not use this company. Ordered a Blade in October for fulfilment at the end of November. Not received anything. No replies to 7 emails sent. Dispute raised and trading standards contacted.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Should have delivered in November but nothing has arrived. No update or communication from beershark. They do not answer the phone and emails do not get replied to. Looks like they take your money & run.

Terrible company, just want your hard earned money been trying for weeks to get hold of anybody, STAY CLEAR UY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Ordered on 20th October for delivery at the end of November; this was a Christmas present that I am unable to replace due to not having the money as this company has taken my money and had no correspondence nor has my order been fulfilled! Absolutely disgusting I have tried all channels to contact and nothing being responded to!

Same as everyone else, ordered in October for delivery November, still not received order, tried to cancel but have had no reply to emails or phone calls. Tried Klarna who have escalated an investigation but that hasnt been much help either as first contacted them end of November. Next step the bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a beer blade in October for delivery end of November. We are in December now and I can not get in contact with the company via phone or email. Company looks a scam if you search them on companies house owner owns 16 live companies all with similar names under 4 different address… odd.

made an order on the 15th October it was due to be delivered 29th November, it’s now the 12 December and it’s still not here. this was a christmas present. i have tried to continuously call them but they NEVER answer the phone. would not recommend

Super fast delivery and communication all the way. Not tried the beer as it’s a Christmas present but i know it’s what they like so sure they shouldn’t be an issue.

Don’t order from them. I had to go to bank to reclaim my money after waiting over 4 months for blade machine. Cant even contact them. Atrocious customer service. Buy from beerwulf

Absolute scam. Take your money and then complete silence. Chargeback claim underway from credit card

Super fast and well packaged, couple of blade kegs and a glass ordered. Very impressed.

Ordered product back in September- no sign and completely ignored calls and their on line chat is never active

Atrocious service - why won’t they contact you? Have they gone bust ?

I've had mostly positive experiences with beershark but when they get things wrong it seems impossible to contact them. They did not fulfill my order this was well over a month ago now. I got part of an order, have tried contacting them numerous times on Facebook, through their support email... with no response they still owe me a keg of alfa, their customer service is non existent, they may be slightly cheaper than beerwulf but not worth the hassle if they get your order wrong, I even tipped them and this is how they treat their customers, useless.
