Thank you!
Honestly, I made an order on there, and then saw the reviews online which gave me mixed opinions and immediately wanted a cancellation.
They got back to me and sent me the process to, but my product came in early, on time and its original!.
Thank you!.

Hi Gilly,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. When a product arrives damaged, we follow a set process to make sure we can resolve it quickly and fairly for both our customers and our suppliers. This includes requesting photos or videos (which you kindly provided) and, in some cases, the return of the item so we can investigate with the courier and prevent it happening again.
We understand this can feel inconvenient, but it’s an important part of our duty of care to all customers to ensure every claim is handled consistently and transparently.
If you’d like to continue with the return, please get in touch with our team at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and we can provide a prepaid returns label so you won’t have to cover the postage cost yourself. We’d still like to make this right for you.
Kind regards,

Hi Tania,
We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced with this order. You placed an order for 8 units of Marc Jacobs EDP, but unfortunately, while your order was being completed, other customers purchased the last few units available. This meant we couldn’t fulfil the full quantity you requested, and as it was our last allocation of stock, we had to cancel the order.
We understand how disappointing that was, and we also regret that your refund was delayed — this is not the experience we want our customers to have. Once we received full clarity on the issue, your refund was processed and completed quickly.
We are making significant changes to help prevent this type of overselling in future, and to ensure refunds are processed promptly in the rare event it happens again. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us improve.
Kind regards,
Beauty Scent Customer Experience Team

Beauty scent/fragrance shop avoid! Scam!
Beauty scent which also runs under the fragrance shop is an absolute joke! They sent the wrong perfume. I emailed them straight away from my order email. They'd ask if I'm able to print a return label and when I reply it suddenly goes to postmaster meaning the email link is not valid anymore. I tried 3 times and even explained that I'm not having luck with their customer service attaching all the screenshots of emails and they'd still ask if I'm able to print. Then it goes straight to postmaster again. I even called them and had someone laying that I'm emailing the wrong address, that I called the fragrance shop and not beauty scent or that they can't give me the actual beauty scent number but they magically suddenly saw someone from the beauty scent department and that they promised to call back. Of course that didn't happen. And when I tried to call the number again, it would change between ringing with a fast dial tone meaning there's no connection or ring 5 times and automatically hang up. What a scam! Luckily PayPal gave me my money back and I kept the perfume even if it wasn't the right one. So I won over them which makes me smile. What a palaver. Stay away! the good reviews are probably fake or paid for!

Hello Nicola,
We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. We take order accuracy and communication very seriously, and we’ve reviewed your case in detail. Our records show the order in question was dispatched and delivered promptly and, when you reported receiving an incorrect fragrance, we offered a pre-paid return envelope so we could send you the correct item or issue a refund.
Unfortunately, the item was never returned to us, and your payment provider processed a chargeback in your favour while you kept the product. We regret that we couldn’t complete the normal resolution process in this instance, as this is how we ensure fairness for all customers.
We have since updated our contact details and systems to make communication even smoother, and we remain committed to resolving any issue quickly and professionally. We appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve and prevent similar situations in future.

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your review and for highlighting the good price and delivery speed — we’re glad you were pleased with those parts of your experience.
We only sell 100% genuine products which have a 100% guarantee, sourced directly from authorised distributors. If a fragrance ever seems different to what you’ve had before, it can sometimes be due to batch variations from the brand itself — but we take every concern seriously.
We have a robust process in place to protect our customers: any suspected faulty or altered product is independently tested. If an issue is found, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund. Please get in touch with our customer care team at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk so we can arrange this for you and put your mind at ease.

Hello Vicki,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating it is when things don’t go as planned. Your order was placed via Wowcher, which means the payment and refund process is handled directly by them, and we do not have access to issue refunds on their behalf.
As soon as we were made aware that your order was lost, we advised you to contact Wowcher so they could arrange the refund for you in line with their policies. That said, we’re always happy to assist with updates or to liaise with them on your behalf where possible.
We value every customer, whether buying directly from us or via a partner, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet expectations.
If you would like to try purchasing from us direct, please contact us at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and we will ensure this is handled perfectly for you.
