Delivery. I still have not got the samples. I keep getting messages from your delivery provider that they attempted delivery. They didn't. I have been home the entire time. & the delivery provider has not been helpful explaining the issue.

we were given the wrong tiles. Realised this on the morning the tiler was due to arrive. Had to ask the tiler to start later (they weren't happy), and we had to quickly get to store to pick up correct tiles (late to start my work late!)

Great experience so far being able to order a number of 300 x 600 samples online to compare for the new build.

I ordered these tiles online to be picked up at the Ferntree Gully Beaumont Tiles. I can’t say enough about how great the team were there! They were friendly and so organised. All was packed up and ready to go and we were dealt with promptly and on our way.

The shop assistant attended to me as soon as she could, with a few other customers there late Saturday. They were unable to assist me with one of the tile samples I was chasing, so the lovely lady plugged in all the details into their website and allowed me to finish the transaction behind the counter, which I thought was lovely and trusting.

My order was lost and I had to do quite a bit of leasing between your Ballarat and Melbourne offices to sort it out.

I bought some Hybrid Flooring off them a few months back, Dandenong Store, got sold way more than I needed, nobody mentioned anything about the difference in Laminate To Hybrid, nothing, I knew nothing about the product, got sold a dearer product and way more than I needed. I went back to them in June for a quote on Scotia for that flooring, got a written quote, was ok to me, I went back to them last week with the quote, told it had expired by 12 days and now it was going to be double in price. I had that discussion in June, they agreed to discount it, then don't honor it. I made several phone calls, went into the showroom, was rudely spoken to and told the quote has expired and bad luck, not doing it for that price. I will say after renovating a whole house for the last 6 months, this place was the worst to deal with, extremely expensive and they carry nothing in stock, then charge you to get it to the Wherehouse. Do yourself a favor and steer well away from this lot, there are far better and FRIENDLIER companies to deal with, I feel absolutely ripped off with floor I bought, it was $1000 spent to do an area that could of cost $350 with the right advice and product I needed, they happy to grab your money for sure.
