I actually was very surprised as the time you give your customers. I actually had an issue in the beginning and i was helped out immediately. The chat source that you provide on your page is great. They helped me figure out how to go about ordering since i am from the US. And also was able to answer my questions about the supplement. I plan on remaining a customers for years to come. OK - It takes a week to deliver it to The Netherlands.
BAD - I did not recieved the extra documentation. DieetPlan and so on.

Not adequate shipment package
I'm very satisfied about my experience on e-commerce with this site, i found very easily my products and bought them.
Shipping times perfectly respected, but I think that the package might be improvable because it was received with little holes on the bottom: too thin
