Nella confezione di fiale in vetro che ho acquistato rilevo che queste sono prive di seghettatura e all interno della scatola non c'è una lametta per tagliare. Quindi l apertura deve essere fatta a mano con notevole sforzo. Finché non capita di tagliarsi come è accaduto a me: due dita e sangue ovunque,dalla cucina al bagno. Anche perché io assumo farmaci per fluidificare il sangue e sto pulendo da un ora.
Se rimarranno cicatrici oltre al disagio li riterrò responsabili ma iniziare azioni legali contro una ditta farmaceutica purtroppo sarebbe costoso e inutile. Quindi, oltre al danno c è anche la beffa! Almeno ne valesse la pena,purtroppo a mio avviso il loro prodotto non ha efficacia e a questo punto mi chiedo se ci sia ancora da fidarsi. Certo è un bel business. Non acquisterò più alcun prodotto della Bauer.

I have ordered 2 creams, first of all I had to deliver to Italy the creams cause they don't ship to Hungary, and after 15 days (they say delivery in Europe in 4/5 days) they sent me 2 creams (100 euro stuff) with expiration date in 15 days.

Ho ricevuta una respinta senza spiegazione . Sono cliente di Bauer. già tre anni e sono puntualmente vengo acquistare quello che mi serve. Invece questo volta mi ritrovo grande ostacoli. Mi chiedono password,…. Ok ….. sempre errore…. Ok io chiesto aiuto!!! Invece non ricevo nessuna risposta, poi mi riprovo di nuovo comunicare e spiegare cosa successo perché non mi mandano i password nuovo, e non capiva cosa successo nella vostra rete Bauer, È, invece mi hanno detto “ signora arrivederci, noi non lavoriamo con Italia “ . Sinceramente sono rimasta talmente delusa e male, anche perché se sapevo prima che farete chiudere, allora le miei bisogni mi cercherai anticipatamente dal altra parte.

Horrible. I ordered Keto Charge after reviewing the ingredients and received A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT WITH THE SAME LABEL. I sent them pictures and compared it to what's on their website and I got a response after TWO WEEKS, "it's a new formula and we haven't updated the website yet. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I extremely disappointed ☹️. I feel I have been robbed off £109. Placed an order almost a week ago, no update since order confirmation. Have send several emails seeking an update on my order with zero response!! Reading the reviews now make me sick to my stomach!! How is this company still being allowed to operate!! Big SCAM

I kept reading 1 star reviews about their terrible customer service.
But I just had the complete opposite, one of their products I ordered was out of stock for a while (thanks to covid). So I emailed them just seeing how long it would take for it to come in.
Without any delay I had a responsive team member emailing me back finding solutions and willing to add extra product to make up for the inconvenience. I can't say anything bad about their service.

I ordered on the basis of money back guarantee, then they said they need the bottle back which is not mentioned at all, luckily I managed to find another bottle ,so another return postage, sent with the required paperwork, still not received my refund although has been month since return

Products continuously advertised as available and in stock yet whilst being sold out for now nearly a month since my initial purchase. Delivery & Full stock date continues to be pushed away week after week whilst blatantly ignoring the raised issue of a false advertising and customer misinformation.
This has now became a repeat issue with this company. Deeply disappointed.

They're not even worth 1 star. I placed my order and payment came out of my account. I email to get an update on when I should expect delivery to be told that there is not such order been placed with my order number. I constantly chased them. They asked to send an email with the order confirmation and proof of purchase. I finally got hold of someone to give me an update. They said there was a stock issue so that's the why they couldn't give me an answer. I waited over 2 weeks for my order. I was so disappointed when it arrived. They mainly gave me savoury snacks. On the photo you can see there is a mixture of sweet and savoury snacks. I mainly got pork rind crisp and beef jerky. I'm new to keto and was looking forward to having a sweet treat that is keto friendly and a variety of snacks as shown on the photo. I contacted them through the chat. The people are actually so rude. I explained why I was disappointed for them to then say that the picture changes ever 15 days and I was confused assuming that I will get sweet and savoury keto snacks. I told the lady I'm not confused and I know what I saw. I also told her the photo has been exactly the same since I placed the order for her to still say that shes sorry that I'm confused! Worst customer service, I would never recomend the keto box or any products to anyone. You can find better keto boxes online. The products were not worth the price. I would highly not recommend.

Ich habe mir die Slim diet Pflaster bestellt, die mit einem abgelaufenem Datum angekommen sind. Dies habe ich reklamiert. Frau Silke von Bauernutrition wollte von mir Fotos als Beweis haben. Es ist nun ein Monat her, noch immer keine Reaktion, obwohl ich inzwischen drei Mail ein eMail geschickt habe. 😢 Ich finde es unfair und gar nicht professionell.

Ich habe heute 16.07.2020 als Antwort auf die eMail von Bauernutrition das Foto nochmal geschickt. Keine Bestätigung/kein Danke/gar nichts.

took almost a month to receive the “keto box”. When I received it there was two out of 12 items suitable for the keto diet. They’re insisting items laden with several types of sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil etc are keto-compatible and are being difficult about refunding for the box unless I pay return shipping that they refuse to reimburse despite the product being not fit for purpose and misdescribed. Won’t be buying from them again!!

« Satisfait ou remboursé » c’est une arnaque. Cachets de la poste faisant foi qu’ils ont reçu le retour à temps, ils affirment que le colis est arrivé hors délais et refusent tout simplement le remboursement ! Et preuve supplémentaire de leur mauvaise foi (et que tout est prévu !), leur offre 2+1 offert vous fait perdre en plus le 3ème boîte que vous avez renvoyée ! 119€ deux boîtes de compléments alimentaires pour cheveux qui n’ont apporté AUCUNE amélioration + 18€ de frais postaux pour le retour !
Ne vous laissez pas avoir comme moi !

Order number 294427. Website advertised 40% off and buy three get three free. Wouldn't allow me to do this at checkout and, sure enough, only three were delivered. Have contacted customer services and receive nonsense responses from Raquel, who is simply choosing to ignore my request for them to honour the offer. I have used them before a number of times and despite some of the reviews I have always found deliveries to be prompt and have had no problem with orders. I won't however be using them again due to this recent issue.

La descrizione degli ingredienti dei prodotti nel sito non corrisponde a quanto riportato sull'etichetta della confezione.
Inoltre se li contatti per chiedere info o chiarimenti, in qualsiasi modo (mail, telefono o servizio clienti), nessuno sa risponderti.
E inaccettabile che possano vendere integratori senza dire chiaramente cosa contengono!!!! Avranno qualcosa da nascondere?.....comunque

I ordered some liquid collagen using my normal office address. I order online very often and receive parcels no problems. But Bauer Nutrition never managed to deliver it. Their logistics are pathetic. Hope to get a refund now. Please avoid the aggravation and don't buy from them/

Proactal xs

The product didn't work for me despite following Bauer's food and workout plans, I was told I had to take Proactal X's for a minimum of 60 days before a refund could be issued. So I took it for the required 60 days as stated in an email from Bauer, I again contacted them regarding the fact that the product didn't work for me. I was then told I was now past the 60 day mark and NO REFUND could be issued....Bauer nutrition is lying underhanded company...

Produit non conforme créatine soi disant goût fraise, c’est faux publicité mensongère. Frais de retour à la charge du client malgré une erreur de Bauer.
Sav incompétent répondez type ne répond pas au cas par cas

I ordered the You Tonics Skin Collagen Drink.

The product gave me heart burn after 5 days and it also tastes like night nurse! Yuk

When I tried to get a refund, the company has made it very difficult. Still waiting for my refund.

I put up a review with the same comments as above and it is awaiting approval. No doubt it wont get approved as they don't want honest negative reviews on their website.

En mi pedido #141965 de Forskolin, me daban como fecha limite de entrega el dia 14 de Septiembre, Hoy 19 de Septiembre no he recibido nada, por lo que ya no estoy interesado en el producto, cuando hice la compra me percate de que el sitio web tiene una garantia de devolucion del dinero, por lo que necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero, lo antes posible, Por Favor
