Poor processes and unable to amend policy after purchase. I understand if the policy had commenced however the commencement date was in the future.

We understand how important it is to make changes quickly and easily, especially before travel has begun. In this case, you were given incomplete information regarding how amendments work on your specific policy, and we fully appreciate how this led to inconvenience and disappointment.
As soon as the issue was identified, our team corrected the policy setup and refunded the additional policy you were advised to purchase. While the correction resolved the technical issue, we recognize that the experience fell short of our service standards, and we’re reviewing our internal processes and agent training to prevent this from happening again.

Easy to follow instructions to see what benefits and coverage you get and associated costs. Quick, efficient website to move from Point A to Point Z and get covered. I was happy with buying my original coverage and now my 2nd insurance coverage. Customer service was also great when I needed some advice.
