Excellent experience
I sent and email and the response turnover was quick. When I was ready to get the policy, it was very straight forward and within minutes I got my policy paid for and in place before my trip. The price was also very reasonable and you don’t feel like you’re being over charged or taken advantage of.

I had never had to purchase separate medical travel insurance but I thought it would be a good idea on this trip. I don't travel international often but considered this on this trip. It was easy, and very affordable.

Waiting for claim outcome
I bought Battleface plan including CFAR thru squaremonth website, it’s easy to purchase and understand the coverage details and much cheaper than any other plans provided on squaremouth. Unfortunately I have to cancel my trip on April 9. However my claim #66182 is still under review I haven’t received any update from claim department called robin assist yet.

As far as getting a group policy, the communication was quick and concise. I haven't had to make a claim so I can't speak/review this but on this front end, it was seamless.

Highly recommended travel insurance company. This is the second times I purchase travel insurance package from this company. Last time the luggage were delayed one day delivery. Claim process really smooth.
