A big shout out to Rebecca in the customer service team!
I bought a product from the business 3 years ago and a part has broken so i queried the warranty. She politely and efficiently pointed out my misunderstanding and advised it was out of warranty.
This is where my experience of customer services ends nowadays. BUT Rebecca:
1 provided a good spares source where i could look for the part myself
2 said she would reach out to the actual supplier to see if they had the part available for me and would let me know the outcome.
3 emailed me the next day to say that she had been in contact with the supplier and the part was available if i still wanted it. (I said yes please).

This is clearly customer service exceeding expectations - real support for an old customer.

Very good supply, service and response

When we visited the store we got first class service. However when our guys collecting the bathroom furniture it wasn’t ready, although we had agreed on that morning. They were asked to remove items from the display! The bath purchased was “outside” and quarter full of water, which they emptied, and it was dirty with leaves in.

I bought a shower surround from this company and shower tray no grill for the shower tray waste and the wrong size shower surround
Company said it was a fitting error it was fitted by a reputable plummer who said he'd fitted as best he could on measuring the item against a e-mail sent by the company it was clearly a smaller size again they said it was a fitting error even sending videos and photos didn't help and still no grill which was also missing just not helpful at any point

Went to Bathshop 321 to buy a shower and came out with a toilet, taps and 2 bathroom mirrors. Cannot praise Will enough, he was super helpful and got the best price he could for everything. Would definitely shop there again.

I would recommend this shop they go above and beyond to help you.

They are happy to sell you mismatched items and when you ring back for a return they play the sold as seen game I would avoid this place at any cost as you have no customer rights with this company

Bought a clearance bathroom suite but when starting to put it together a lot of small things were missing at first they ask us to pay for the bits but I think they realized they were wrong a gave us the parts a little disappointing

Really good pricing and very good personal customer service. They gave good advice and recommendations. I was also able to store the products a bit longer until I wanted to have them delivered. Recommend using this company!
