It’s a scam, don’t go anywhere near this company

took money for Ninja 360 pation heater & no correspondence since payment over a week ago.

No follow up phone number & are scammers.

Strange, strange experience. You place your order without paying, they then contact you to pay.....nah, something definitely does not add up. I checked reviews after placing an order and I am glad I did! I did try to email the company as i was very dubious about paying and of course, there was no reply. Be careful. I definitely do not believe the authenticity of this company.

This is a scammer, please do not buy from them. I’ve reported to Stripe.

Scam, didnt get my order and money!!!

I paid the order immediately after the purchase and it is more than one month and status of the payment is still not completed. I contacted support 3 times via email and also via form they have on their page, but nor response at all. Would not consider this shop to anybody.

The worst online experience of my life! I am sure I have been scammed as there is ZERO communication as to whether or even if my parcel will be posted!
DO NOT USE THEM!

I believe this could be a very big scam ordered over a week ago, and there has been no communication from them at all. SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
I will update as and when I receive my goods or when i hear back from them

No item received and no contact despite messaging them. Luckily I paid with Klarna, so will get my money back. I think they might be a scam company 😩

Ordered a heater in August 25. No item arrived. No refund, No response from emails messages. AVOID!!!

I used to get replies but recently I've emailed many times for my order but got no reply. I check the website to track my order but nothing has came up. I would appreciate it if you guys would email me the status of my order when i asked. I understand you guys may be busy

I ordered a watch beginning of dec money has been taken out of my bank account and no watch been over month now have sent emails the site should be taken down

I didn’t receive my product my order. I got an email that your product has been shipped to your order is shipped. There was no tracking number on it so I will complain to my credit card and they will refunded me and the action is taken taken. One is answering the call.
