Flooring was delivered promptly and was much better quality than expected. We are absolutely thrilled with the floor now it has been laid and think we may now do another room the same.

Don't think twice and buy!
This will be the 3rd time ( and second house ) I've used bamboo flooring company to order engineered parquet. It's beautiful, hard wearing , easy to lay and a cinch to look after.
If you're wondering whether to try bamboo flooring, I couldn't recommend this company and their products more.

Nosings don't match the boards
Nosings don't match the boards. Nosings are bent. Both are 14mm thick but when put together there is a step on the connection. I am really disappointed. Don't buy!!!

I have bought Bona products from The Bamboo Flooring Company on numerous occasions. The products have always been well packaged, delivered on time and any support has been excellent over the phone and by email. Good prices too!

Only 1 thing stops me giving 5 stars: the non-recylable expanded polystyrene packing inside the (recyclable) cardboard box. Would appreciate eco-friendly packing

So amazing and easy from start to finish
Bamboo Flooring Co offered an amazing experience from our first research to customer service and delivery.
We opted for the UniClic bamboo floors and could not have been happier.
Choosing the right flooring, knowing what to order, delivery, installation all went smoothly. We installed the floor ourselves in three rooms, it was so easy.
We ended up having 4 boxes left over that after speaking to the customer service team we could still return outside the 30 days as we were heading the showroom way just 1 1/2 weeks after the 30 days were up and they still took the boxes back.
We love having natural floors, that are sustainably sourced at an amazing value for money.
Thank you so much to the whole Bamboo Flooring team for all you do for your customers and the environment!
