Balgores Property Anmeldelser

From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands.

We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with.

During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are!

Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process.

Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised.

If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place.

This is a very real true review!

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

Reece was very helpful with viewings and explaining the lettings process in a stress free and professional manner

We really appreciate the hard work and help the company has provided us with there professional members in the team. we would not have got the chance to get our hands on this property without them. we would especially like to thank Darrel Sackey and his members of team for their hard work and perseverance in getting me and my family a property that we would like to call home.
And to go even further beyond, this whole process was complete with in two months, which was outstanding grateful.

Balgores have been really helpful in my remortgage process; I have little experience in this area, so I appreciated Christian Wilkinson's expert advice and insight into the market. Rohima Miah was superb in sorting out my paperwork for the lender.

I would recommend Balgores for first-time Buyers, experienced Buyers and people looking to remortgage. I will be using Balgores again.

Attentive and prompt service, very reasonable price compared to other local providers

Michael and Mackenzie have been a great help with our mortgage renewal. Patience and thorough and very helpful.

Towards the end of last year we decided to Sell our first home which we had actually purchased through Balgores Basildon 2 years prior, we also Purchased (Again) through Baglores Basildon this time around.

Our first home sold for over the asking price within the first week of going live, unfortunately due to some ups and downs we did lose our first buyer, but the team at Balgores pushed on!
We are very pleased with the service we received from all the staff at Balgores Basildon, From start to finish the whole team were very polite & professional, and kept us up to date with any changes or delays, we cannot thank them all enough especially for their patience throughout the whole process. (as I don’t feel I was always the easiest of client!)

We would also like to say a massive thanks to Sean their in house mortgage broker he held our hands every step or the way and reassured us with any doubts we had, he went through everything step by step and made sure everything was explained to us thoroughly!

Highly recommend all of them and will certainly be returning to Balgores (if I have the courage to move again) and will continue to work with Sean for any future mortgage renewals etc!

Thanks to all!

Charlotte & Jason.

My partner and I are first time buyers and we received amazing service throughout every step of our journey. It can be a really stressful experience but Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell made sure it was completely stress free and a seamless process. We can't thank you both enough. Thank you so much Glenn for your patience (as we've been searching for our first home for a while now) and for making this experience enjoyable. We've loved your support and for making us feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends who are looking to get on the property ladder!

I had the pleasure to be on my journey to purchase a house with Balgores team, Peter Walker, Donna Hickey and Claire Dartnell.
They been such a huge support, always available. I am truly grateful, I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they provided excellent service.
Well done team 👏

We bought a house through the Upminster branch. From the outset they were extremely professional and attentive.

We used their associated mortgage broker and they were also excellent too.

There were some challenges leading up to completion and the they found solutions to problems very quickly.

A special thank you to Pete, Donna & Claire!

Thank you so much to Maria and her team for amazing hard work and support. In a short space of time they processed two mortgage application, with successful outcome. They were extremely helpful, polite and most importantly very proactive. We were getting updates from them as soon as there was a new development and explained everything clearly with great professionalism. The outstanding customer focus is central to everything they do. I will 100% recommend their service to prospective customers.
Yes, Balgores has one of the best mortgage broker in their team - Maria Rhule!

Me and my partner are first time buyers and we had a great experience with Balgores mortgage broker Abi and her assistant Mackensie. Abi was very helpful and on hand for any questions we had. She walked us through the process and found us the best rate she could. Would recommend them highly.

I have been with Balgores for two years now. My experience with everyone in the various teams, whether in the Dagenham Branch, or elsewhere, have been very positive. For my most recent experience, as a landlord, id like to thank the Dagenham Team, especially Danny. He has been very prompt, polite, responsive, and eager to help. I reached out to him on Friday evening out of office hours, and he responded. He was helpful in guiding me through the licensing process. Id also like to thank the wider team. There is such positive and collaborative approach to their work. Danny is definitely a 5 star.

Sarah and wickford team went that extra mile to get it over the line! Informative, helpful, caring and knew exactly what they were doing. Guided me on every twist and turn with regular updates…. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend

Me and my wife are both first time buyers. Balgores property Romford helped us buy our first house. They are extremely professional and will guide anyone on the process of buying a property. We always felt that we are prioritized and updated every step of the way.

Sean was superb, very knowledgeable about different mortgage products and able to make a good assessment of my needs. He was available at all times to answer all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Sean gave me constant updates which definitely helped to be aware of each step and where I am with my application as a first time buyer who has no knowledge about the mortgage world. Such an amazing service, Highly recommend him.

Balgores Romford are quite frankly the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. My review will be extensive and detailed, but to summarise they are dedicated, hard working, diligent, organised, professional and responsive.

We struggled with another agent in finding buyers from June 2022 to January 2023, and their buyer pool and due diligence was very poor. I was in contact with the Balgores Branch Manager, Charlie King, who assured me that he could find me a buyer in under a month. Once our property was listed in February 2023, we had a buyer lined up by mid-month. It was astonishing how amazing the team was, their dedicated buyer pool and how quickly we managed to find someone. Marc De La Cruz helped show buyers around our home, and his knowledge and research into the local area was fantastic. Marketing materials were prepared within a few days and our property was listed on nearly every major known website, and we had potential buyers through our door in droves.

Once we progressed with the sale, Balgores has an appointed Sales Progressor, Ms Louise Gibson, who is extremely well connected within Havering, very knowledgable about conveyancing and processes, and quite frankly an absolute powerhouse one woman army, with the ability to stay up to date on all her cases, quick to respond to all her messages and emails, and detailed and thorough in her approach. She stays on top of both buyer/seller’s Solicitors, agents, local authorities in a manner I’ve not ever experienced. Louise is strong willed and unyielding in her almost zealot-like drive to obtaining results, in a professional and polite manner, and I cannot sing her praises enough.

Charlie King is down to earth, does not present false luring tactics to ensnare potential customers and is a honest hardworking and reliable branch manager who, along with his wider team, provide a stellar service.

The sale of our home could not have proceeded as well as it did without Balgores Romford, and we are eternally grateful to Charlie, Marc, Louise and the wider team.

Nigel and Mackensie provided excellent customer service and advice when securing our mortgage. Communication was always prompt and they were helpful throughout, accommodating our work schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Really good experience with balgores. Can't recommend them higher.
Christian was great and communicated very well through my remortgage.
Also brandon who reviewed my protection was thorough and helpful.
