Balgores Property Anmeldelser

Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Claire has been amazing and was constantly in contact with our solicitors to get updates on both our sale and purchase which was amazing. Thank you both so much!!

Paul Young
Highly recommend! We were referred to Paul by our mortgage adviser to discuss possible income and general life protection. Paul was very helpful and insightful, he went out of his way to provide us with more information than needed, prefilled in forms and gave some great points, which we have followed through with. Thank you Paul!

Great service from Ben!! Thank you 😀

An excellent team that prioritise the needs of its clients.

I would highly recommend Reece Woodhall to turn to at Balgores property for help in regards of any queries you have. Our moving in went super smooth from the moment we found a property on their website, all thanks to Reece.

Glenn and Claire were really helpful sorting out my mortgage to buy a property. Excellent service. Regular update and clear communication. Really happy with them

Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower.
After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property.
Thank you both so much.

As they assisted me throughout the entire mortgage process, from getting a principal to applying with lenders. They were also very helpful with answering all my questions as a first time buyer. Thank you, Melissa and Gemma for making the process so smooth for a first time buyer.

Had a very unprofessional dealing with their hornchurch branch. I felt like they were lying and pushing up the price of a house. Really ignorant and rude staff.

As first time buyers, we had little understanding on how to go about applying for a mortgage. Peter was very helpful in advising on the mortgage application and throughout the whole process. Our buying experience was full of postponements and delays yet Peter and the Balgores Sales team were the one team that was chasing and on our side.
Abbie and Donna were always super responsive and helping us with queries and follow ups. We are really happy with their service and we highly recommend it! Thank you very much!

If you are looking to rent a house and the landlord has placed the house with them, it is better to look for another real estate agency because that is what I do. They have nice houses but unfortunately they don't respond to any emails or phone calls I make. I don't know how they rent it but it's not normal.

Balgores dagenham i had horrible experience with this people. I choose another agency and i can see the difference. Try and be sure before you transact with them

Amazing service from Peter, Claire and Paul. We were first time buyers and the team really made the process easy and hassle free for us. Any questions or problems we had Peter was there to sort it. Claire was extremely tenacious and thorough and held it all together. Paul gave us great advice for insurance and we are really thankful. All in all A+ for Peter Walker and team.

Sean & Melissa have been amazing sorting out my mortgage. Sean has made a very very stressful situation easy & straight forward.

5 star service from both of them

Paul

Have built a great relationship with Peter and his team over many years now, and still never fail to be impressed with his honesty, help and guidance - all of which never fail to make what can be a stressful process an enjoyable one.
Top man & top service always.

Me and my partner could not be more greatful to Peter and Claire as they have gone above and beyond for us and they have always made sure we understood everything as it has happened and got us into our very first property and even helped us save money where we could aswell. They have been an amazing team and would highly recommend them to anyone buying a property

I had been looking for a house for more then a year with no luck of finding the house I was looking for. I was lucky enough that I found Pete and his team Chloe, Claire & Donna in Upminster that I can know say I have found my home that I had been looking for. 11/10 experience honestly could not thank you guys enough. All the team has immense knowledge and are very dedicated honestly you will not be left disappointed at all. Thank you guys again 5 star from me

Amazing service and guidance from Donna Hickey, Claire Dartnell, Chole and Peter Walker at the Upmister branch. At the time I was first time buyers and they all made the whole process go Smoothly for me. Any queries we had they answered it straight away and were very professional. The entire team took great responsibility of my journey for buying my house and treated the process as if it was their own journey. I honestly cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend their services.

I have just worked with Sam from Brentwood on a case together and his communication between me and the client was amazing, clients were always kept up to date and in return we have now exchanged. Thanks Sam!

I say unexpected as I, unfortunately, had a not so positive experience with Balgores years ago (apart from Pete, the mortgage guru, he's always been legendary!). When the house I wanted to view this time was with them I was a bit worried. So, before they even started they were on the back foot with me which highlights just how good the service was to turn my opinion on its head. I can't thank the team enough, Pete, Claire, Donna and of course the epic Dee...you are incredible at your jobs and helped make a stressful process as smooth and reassuring as possible... thank you, thank you, thank you!
