A very helpful and knowledgeable team. I got a bike through the Bike2Work scheme, not knowing much about bikes they advised me on what I needed/ didn't need, ensured I got the correct bike size, even though this required ordering 2 of the bikes in different sizes. They were efficient, trustworthy and helpful.

Customer service is top notch
Customer service is top notch! From when I first bought my bike up until now when I needed assistance on reach adjustments and going clipless, the staff is always ready to serve and go above and beyond. Being a beginner, I feel extremely awkward and clueless, but they never let you feel that when I’m in store. They’re very much approachable, which is such a relief. Thanks for your all your help. Andy and Elias are amazinggg so as the rest of the staff in Notting Hill branch! 5 stars to you guys!

Balfe's Notting Hill WAS AWESOME sorting out my BikeToWork Scheme bike. Hector and Adam worked with me to find exactly the right bike with my budget, then fitted it our with all the commuter bits needed and couldn't be happier, thanks guys!!!

Balfe bikes in Notting Hill are excellent, the guys working there are super friendly and very helpful. I kept using their air pump on my twenty-five year old bike, but recognised I needed a new bike, highly recommended.👍
