DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They have essentially refused to respond to my emails regarding multiple items missing from my order when delivered. I had ordered 3 pairs of Laureate shorts & had received 2 only. After messaging Baleaf multiple times for a replacement or a refund, there's been no response. When working your way through the many fake reviews and/or doing some internet research, you will see that this company will not respond to MANY customers request for either help with an order or with returns. So essentially, if your order is incorrect, or does not fit properly, or not to your liking, seems like Baleaf just keeps your money...Buyer beware & stay far away from this company! Also, quality of the clothing is not that great at all. Can find elsewhere at same price point or for less.

These are the most comfortable shorts ever! They don’t roll down at the waist or bind up. I have several pairs that I wear. They hold their shape and wash up nicely. Definitely worth the price!

I need to return an item because size doesn't fit. The return process on line does not recognize the order number, and the chat feature was not helpful. There is no phone number to call.
UPDATE: A very nice person from Bayleaf called me and straightened everything out - sent me what I need to return the item. Wonderful service!

Based on reviews, I purchased Baleaf shorts and leggings on Amazon. When they arrived I loved the pockets, fit, texture, weight and especially the way they looked after being washed and dried! I ended up buying them for family members, and more for myself. I have been wearing them now for 8 months and continue to love them more than my LULULemon ones! I like that they don’t roll down. They fit above my waist and feel nice and snug around my belly. The price is SO much cheaper than other sportswear and highly recommended. I now go directly to the Baleaf website to buy them.

The customer service called me back within 29 min of my message and resolved my problem efficiently.
I would have given 5 stars but the chat bot told me something incorrect about a coupon code just before that.

After receiving a response from Baleaf about my experiences and some back and forth emails, I want to amend my review. Baleaf's customer service did kick in and were very helpful in arranging a refund.
My summary now for Baleaf would be
Good shorts, be careful with the sizing in trousers and good customer service.

I received my trousers quite promptly. They are too big despite also buying shorts in the same size that fit perfectly. I wanted to return the trousers. I logged a return request immediately and have never received a response from the company. I have tried to log back in to follow up my earlier request however the order can not be found and despite receiving a code, no further communication can be achieved.
Summary Good shorts, terrible sizing in trousers and very poor customer service.

Tried to return 2 pairs of leggings for my daughter but learned there was a $10 “restocking charge”. Company never sent me a return authorization. Never answered my emails. Terrible customer service. Still have the leggings. If you have to buy Baleaf only buy through Amazon.

I found the 25 inch high rise stripe print legging to be lightweight, comfortable and flattering.
Also purchased several pairs of laureate thermal leggings for winter because of the great fit and extra warmth.

These pants are so comfortable and very well made. This is my 6th pair of pants from Baleaf Sports and I love all of them. These are the first that are insulated and, while most of the cold weather has been and gone, I can tell these will keep me very warm during winter months in New England.

I am extremely happy with the customer service. My queries are always promptly dealt with and I am being informed about a delay in my order. The customer service staff advise about choices or how to go about returns and exchanges in a friendly and polite manner, and I never have to wait long for a reply.

Aaron in customer service worked with me after a mixup in communication. He was extremely helpful and diligent and stuck with me until issue was resolved to my satisfaction, Excellent customer service can be hard to come by these days, so I am very appreciative.

I emailed Baleaf regarding an order placed January 1st..I received a quick reply addressing my order. Aaron was very helpful and courteous. He was also sincere in helping me and resolved my issue.

I bought 4 pairs of these amazing pants! They are so perfect for everyday wear, outdoor sports, and most of all, travelling! The light fleece lining is perfect for those chilly, drafty airplanes, etc. I live in FL and they are perfect for those early morning cooler temps. As travel wear, you can sleep in them and wake up looking sleek & stylish - no need to change before that meeting or touring. They also fit true to size.

I would be very careful ordering from Baleaf right now. They boast customer satisfaction and a 30-day window to return or exchange any item. I ordered a larger size than usual in fleece-lined leggings and they were still too small. Contacted customer service. Nothing. Contacted returns dept. "Under Review." Today I receive a message that due to their "ongoing system updates" they cannot generate a return label—so they will refund me 30% and let me keep the items. If I had wanted to keep the items I wouldn't have tried to exchange them! Annoying.

First, my pants were super easy to order. Shipping was a tad slow, though only because I ordered them right before Christmas. They come in their own little (reusable) protective package which I think is really cool.

Second, the pants are VERY well made. The construction, design, quality control and fabric is exceptional. I really like the articulated knees, too. I bought these for winter walking and snow shoveling. These pants move well, though they run a tad loose. (I bought a small.) They offer a pretty flattering fit despite the weight.
I've worn them several times now and am really impressed with how warm they are. The fleece lining is very soft and the outer shell wind and rain resistant.
My legs stay warm and dry.
I wear a lot of outdoor clothing, fleeces, down etc. and am particularly fond of a certain brand, who shall remain nameless. The cost of their products is significantly higher than Bayleaf, and the quality is excellent. I am finding Bayleaf quite comproble and about half the price.
You will not be disappointed.
I forgot to add these pants have WONDERFUL pockets! One good deep one for cell phone, two other nice pockets, plus one in the back. All have great zippers and function well.

I am happy with the windbreaker I ordered and just as happy with the response when I wrote to ask about PFAS in the fabric after reading they were present in many waterproof garments. Aaron wrote back right away and assured me there weren't any. I have no reason not to believe him.

I have used Baleaf Sportwear for a couple of years and always have been happy with purchases. I usually buy it from Amazon but I decided to check out their website and made a purchase directly from them.

I made my order which comprised of five items. They emailed me and said that we are out of stock on one of your items would you like to sub, so I said yes and provided them with my replacement. My order finally arrived and it was SHORT one of my items. They never notified me or said anything. I had to notify them and their response was pick another item to replace the out of stock item. So I emailed them back and waited and waited and waited. I contacted them again and they said oh we refunded your order. This is not what I decided or what was in my email to the company. I contacted them again and dealt with the AI on their website. It basically told me " tough" luck. I still have all the emails, etc offering me a replacement. I think it is very bad customer service to handle anyone like that. Oh and in my attempts to contact them, I have called NUMEROUS times and never reached a human and left my name, email, phone number time again and again.
I emailed them yet again and expressed sincere attempts at getting this issue resolved fairly. They told me nope, you can order something, give us the order number and we will take 50 percent off. Are you kidding? I understand that people are people and sometimes the wrong decisions are made but............if you are a company and make a wrong decision--- fess up

There are too many companies out there to have to deal with something like this, I will put my review on ANY website where consumers would like honest opinion ---It aint worth it!!!!

I have noticed that Baleaf has also either discontinued or removed Mens items from website.

The website was easy to navigate and delivery went smoothly. Loved my mystery box purchase - an amazing jacket that I already love!

Aaron provided excellent customer service in response to a shipping query I had. Aaron was prompt and informative. Aaron's personalised reply was complete with a sense of humour. Most impressed.
