So pleased with the bead. The engraving looks beautiful.

Beautiful bracelet & beads.. Exceptional quality and customer service .. a "forever" piece of jewellery

Great quality items. Excellent company.

I was introduced to baileys by my brother who had a bracelet from them with personal beads on it.
I chose the stainless bracelet but in error by myself, I didn’t order the correct size, with no problem at all Baileys sorted this and couldn’t have helped more.
I bought enough personal to me beads to fill the bracelet and Bailey’s fitted them all to the newly sized bracelet that looks amazing and even more so personally delivered them to my house to make sure it fitted perfectly, which it does and I am over the moon with it.
Adele and the team are simply superb and the quality of every item they sell is simply second to none.
I would recommend baileys to anyone !
Thanks baileys .

Adele, what a superstar, after a slight delay with an email address typo surrounding my order Adele was on it straight away, we confirmed my order and was shipped the same day, nothing felt too much trouble, I’m now proudly wearing my item which is beautiful and feels very high quality and am contemplating what will be my next item.

Amazing! If every company treated their customers this way the world would be full of happy people.

Thank you Adele for great service and great product.

I brought my husband a Bailey of Sheffield bracelet as his wedding present. I requested a custom-engraved bead with our wedding venue and wedding date on. The design was quite challenging, but Geoff and the team kept open communication with me throughout production and were able to create a fantastic product. My husband showed everyone on our wedding day and wears the bracelet religiously!
Thank you so much team! I know this bracelet will become an heirloom in the family! I can't wait to see what beads we fill it up with over the years!
