Really nice to meet Geoff and Adele in person at the Humber Bridge market - my husband has 2 Baileys bracelets - excellent quality. Highly recommend!

From watching all the adverts on the Internet to ordering to delivery everything was perfect. Thank you so much

I’ve been contemplating a Bailey of Sheffield bracelet for some time, and spoke to them to get more information to assist my decision. They always replied quickly, even into the evening. I ultimately decided to purchase as a birthday gift from my wife to myself. The process was easy, email confirmation that I had followed the guides was quick to come though and updates on progress of my order followed. My order arrived sooner than their estimated date. I'm delighted with my bracelet and will undoubtedly be looking for additions over time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bailey of Sheffield - high quality and excellent customer service.

I’ve had quite a few things from Bailey over the last 18 months, they are first class products. The latest addition to my bracelet is something with my sisters name on as she recently passed away so something to remember her bye.

I ordered the steel chain/necklace. Came on time, what I expected, and it's nice

Easy to order with quick and efficient service.

Excellent service, quick delivery

Relatively easy to order and a really nice piece to hold ashes in.

Just made another purchase – a necklace, pendant converter, and a glow bead – and once again, I’m blown away. The quality is absolutely exceptional and the customer service is outstanding. It’s so refreshing to deal with such a lovely, genuine company. In today’s chaotic world, finding this kind of care and attention to detail is rare. A truly faultless experience from start to finish!

Really nice quality bracelet. I liked that they checked the final measurements and design with me before production. My design was faithfully engraved on the charm.

No detail was left to chance, phone calls for clarification on image, suggestions given, offer of delivery abroad as a present haven't seen it yet but gift wrapping looks great. cant fault the process. just looking forward to the result.

The product design is absolutely spot on. The prices are really reasonable especially as they are so unique. I had to ring to ask a question, the customer service is top notch. And a really quick delivery time. I bought a steel cable bracelet and immediately sent for an engraved bead, just arrived and I love it! If you like slightly industrial style jewellery then this is the one

Cool product. Really attentive and speedy service. Rang to check I didn’t need an additional stopper which I appreciated
