Bailey of Sheffield Anmeldelser

Great company to deal with, quality, service and value for money.

Bailey make wonderful jewellery from Sheffield steel in the city itself. The quality is always good and the service is quick and helpful.

I ordered a cable bracelet & totally messed the sizing up, despite the instructions. But Adele sorted it out for me & all was good. I have now completed the bracelet & wear it with pride. Top quality goods.

Love this company. Great quality and they go above and beyond with custom engraving.

great communication and product, thanks

This is the 3rd Bailey bracelet I have bought for the men in my family. The quality is very good. I've had them all personalized for each person. Which has been easy to do. I've called for advice too and had the most lovely lady in the office who has given good advice and great customer service, Nothing being too much trouble. I have even had the same lady deliver one because it would not have arrived in time for the occasion. I really can't recommend them enough. The icing on the cake is that they are made in Sheffield too. Great to support local business.

My husband has now filled 2 bracelets. We can’t praise the design and quality enough. Amazing company with the best customer service ever. Nothing is ever too much trouble and queries are resolved super quick.
Thank you Bailey, you really are the best.

Great communication. Fab product. Will be ordering again.

Quality is second to none all my friends love it

Caring staff, stunning jewellery, value for money, on time delivery

Purchased bespoke sized Bracelet. Excellent engineering and manufacture. Arrived within 7 days of initial order.

Great service - great product. Thanks Bailey!

My husband has been wearing the bracelets for years now and loves them. There is nothing out there to match the quality of these. They are totally guaranteed and BoS are extremely fast in doing a repair if it is ever needed. The beads are also fantastic and we love that you can customize lots of them too. Can't say enough good things about BoS. You will never be disappointed

The jewellery caught my eye as it’s made in Sheffield - my son was born in Sheffield but we had to move away when he was 7 - he still thinks of Sheffield as a special place and I have bought one of your bracelets for him as a present as I think he will be over the moon to have something Sheffield made. He lives in Spain now but he still loves to visit old Sheff - it’s great to see a quality brand being manufactured in the Steel City and I wish you all the best for success - I think your branding and products are great

Great communication throughout and lovely looking product

Amazing customer service ! Really wonderful to talk to a real person and get something so beautiful and meaningful. Highly highly recommend !

Stylish and a bit rock n roll chain with super practical oversized clasp. Love it.

Superb product.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Great communication, too.

I would highly recommend Bailey of Sheffield.

I originally bought my partner a bracelet and beads a couple of years ago as he loves their work , so I have just purchased 2 more beads from them to add to his bracelet. They are a wonderful company and nothing is too much trouble for them and when buying something they keep in touch with you personally through the process . Keep up the excellent work Baileys 😊❤️
