Bailey of Sheffield Anmeldelser

Fabulous bracelet . I purchased with a memorial bead for my brother - it’s perfect . The quality is amazing and so is the packaging. Correspondence was also excellent

Finally got a chance to write a review for this great brand and owners.. started following on social media 10 years ago and finally got to meet the people behind the brand last November and spent a long time chatting and finally ordered. Personal service and treated you like a friend more than a customer. And as for the product, exceptional quality and a really attention grabber.

Amazing experience as always from bailey of sheffield. We had issues with the courier and Adele stepped in, and got redelivered in 24 hours. Will always use Bailey Of Sheffield and highly recommend their products

From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend their products and services to anyone looking to make a purchase.

High end quality product

Great product and a few issues with order but Adele was brilliant and sorted everything out. Top service and great product

Fantastic service and beautiful product! I bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband and Adele and team went above and beyond helping me with the order process and even hand delivering the bracelet to me so it would arrive in time! My husband loves the bracelet and charms and it fits perfectly. Thank you Bailey of Sheffield, I will absolutely be ordering more charms to add to my husbands collection!

Ordered 4 new beads whilst there was 10% off. The quality is excellent, as usual, and delivery was very quick

High quality product and good customer service

Excellent product. Very helpful. I would recommend whole heartedly.

Excellent service and excellent quality products
Now on my second brackets

Great product and superb customer service. My wife gifted me a bracelet for Christmas the initial order was lost by DHL. Adele at Baileys was a pleasure to deal with, after checking with DHL and establishing my order was lost, she arranged a replacement order which arrived just in time for Christmas. I was very pleased with the gift, would highly recommend

Bought a bracelet from them many years ago and since then have purchased a number of beads. They are friendly and very efficient. Delivery times are excellent. I love their products and I love that buying from the supports a small business of people who genuinely love their products and appreciate their customers.

Ordered the naughty tumbler bead as a birthday present for my husband... He absolutely loves it ! Great service as always ......

Just love the beautiful original designs .. nothing else like it around. So well made and customer service is second to none !

What a wonderful and helpful business. They have exchanged a chain in the wrong size and resized a bracelet. They were great and fast when replying to any query along the way! Brilliant all round. Won’t hesitate to use again!

I bought a steel bracelet for my husband and have since bought one of the beads, such fantastic quality and definitely a talking point when we're out and about. The customer service is excellent and delivery very fast.
