Plus he was super reassuring that he could help me out because I was kind of panicked after being billed for tickets which were sent to a no longer functional email address. Give this man a raise! Seriously in an era of bots, his kindness and ability to fix the situation was extremely refreshing. 10 stars out of 5

I had to exchange tickets I bought for the wrong day. Cory E helped me place the request for exchange on Sunday, Monday I had an email that it was approved and Stacy helped me finalize the change. So easy and fast. Great experience.
Tickets Not in AXS App
There was a very short hold time & when Walter C. (AXS Customer Service Rep) picked up my call, he identified the problem quickly. He then gave me clear instructions on the way to fix the issue, waited patiently while I did my part, verified my identity and sent my tickets to the AXS app.

Worst Ticketing Site
They force you to use their resale site. I listed my Coachella tickets two months before the event to see if I could get any offers before attempting to sell in-person and eventually took them down from listing a week later. I did not know that doing so would cause my tickets to be moved to the bottom of the barrel and least priority to be shipped out. A month before the event, I noticed people were receiving their shipping confirmations but I did not receive anything so I called to ask about the shipping status (wait time was over an hour), customer service told me that I would not be getting my wristbands in time for the event to resell in person and would need to use their resale site as the safest option. The only other option is to show up in person at Coachella and pick up my wristbands myself. I relisted my tickets on their resale site and when they were sold, they told me I could not transfer my sales balance until the event started. I had to wait 3+ weeks to get my money. I have never experienced a hold on my money despite the sales transaction having been completed with other ticketing sites. After the event started, I attempted to transfer my sales balance to my bank account but their website kept timing out. I had to wait over an hour to speak to a representative because their live chat kept timing out. The chat said I would lose my place in line if I am inactive for 10 minutes. I would move my mouse cursor every 5 minutes but I would still lose my place in line so I had to keep entering a period (.) in the chat in order to "stay active". The live chat agent eventually walked me through troubleshooting, and I had to remove my bank accounts and re-add them to no avail. She told me to try on my phone web browser, and it still didn't work. I was then forced to install the app and even then, I encountered issues where it stated the transfer was incomplete. The live chat agent had to check on her end for me and confirmed the transfer was completed. I did not receive any email confirmation and had to log back in on a web browser to find the pending transfer in the history. This pending transfer status was not available to view on the app. There is a huge disconnect between the browser and app capabilities. If I can avoid it, I will never use AXS for ticket purchases ever again.

Makayla J was awesome, otherwise I'd leave a zero star review. Been trying to access my tickets for a week, and all the live chat employees are clueless and unable to do their jobs. Makayla was able to solve my issue in under 10 minutes without the annoying back and forth with emails/clueless chat team.

I spoke to an agent this morning and she was very rude to me. She hung up on and thought it was funny. My tickets were not delivered to me, I didn’t get the whole reveling my tickets due to not telling my tickets could not be delivered to me due to invalidated address. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me no. She laughed and said I would have to be ok with that. I told her I didn’t think it was funny. I told her I would call back and she told me too, in which I did and she answered my call again. She refused to give me any reassurance that my tickets were at will call. She told me she wa hanging up on me again. She would not let me talk and I don’t appreciate that. I spend a lot of money on tickets and do expect some proof that my tickets will be there at will call. Very bad experience. I believe her name was Dixon at the call center. I do expect to get a refund for shipping.
