Working with AW is always an amazing experience! There team is super easy to work with and prompt when working via email!
Also, the quality of there gowns are amazing and well as sizing is true to size!

This company is great to work with. I use their gowns for all of my styled shoots in Michigan and they always pay for me to ship it back! So kind and easy to work with. Gowns are beautiful!!!

My dress is SO beautiful! I have the Aw Cirrus Dress and it’s a total dream come true dress! I’m 5ft 8” and often struggle to find gowns long enough but this gown is perfect and floats beautifully. Check the size chart carefully as it is a firm fit! I feel like a princess, adore my dress!

Had an amazing experience ordering a dress from AW Bridal, we had an issue with our party ordering at different times and they were exceptionally helpful assisting the bride and holding the dresses to make them all from the same swatch!

When dealing with customer service they were prompt and very helpful whether it was confirming measurements, assisting my friend(the bride) or just ensuring we were satisfied!

The quality of the dress was amazing, came in my custom measurement which means no alterations or very little as well.

The price was affordable and creation to door was way faster than any other bridal store I’ve ever been part of!

The website has gorgeous dresses to choose from. Even though I chose a size, they still asked for my custom size which fit perfectly and also saved time from going to the tailor.

Oh my word….why would anyone chance ordering a gown from here?

My daughter ordered 2 diff color swatches at the beginning of Nov. It took almost 2 weeks to receive and then one color was incorrect. My daughter ordered Burgundy/Wine satin Charmeuse AND DEEP CLARET. (Both in the burgundy family)
Why in the world would she receive HUNTER GREEN???? We hate GREEN!!!
Abby (my daughter) contacted AW Bridal immediately by email and they responded another swatch would be mailed out but again 7-10 days wait.

Well swatch just arrived….Dang HUNTER GREEN AGAIN!!! What is the problem with the dang swatches??? We hate GREEN!
We want what we ordered and paid for! We need the DEEP CLARET swatch or a REFUND!

If you can’t get the swatches correct, why would anyone take the chance on a gown from AW BRIDAL??? Oh, and forget about making a phone call to ask what the problem is…..won’t answer the phone.

Ho fatto realizzare degli abiti su misura per le mie damigelle, grazie all'opzione che trovate sul sito "Custom Size", è gratuita e se mandate le misure in pollici precise gli abiti caleranno a pennello.
I vestiti sono arrivati perfetti!
Tuttavia la spedizione impiega circa 14 giorni a giungere a destinazione (+7 di realizzazione se optate per il su misura), quindi ordinateli per tempo.
La sottoveste è molto coprente ed il tulle è ben fatto.
Oltre al costo dell'abito dovrete calcolare il costo di dogana, dipende dal peso ma in media sono circa 10€ di tassa doganale.
Sono soddisfatta della mia esperienza con AW bridal ed acquisterò ancora da loro

UPDATE: I ordered some colored swatches from their site because i really liked some of the dresses. There was some issues with postage so i refused my order. AW emailed me asking for me feedback, I told them what happened and they had immediately emailed me back apologizing and replacing my order. The first order arrived quickly and they were very fast and helpful to Correct the mistake made! THE swatches came in very quickly and are super cute! Shipping so far is quick and customer service was phenomenal!... Bit of language error but over all exceptional customer service!

If you want to give money to an unethical company, purchase from AW Bridal. I need to return a dress and they are requesting that I mark it as a "gift" and only claim that it is worth $20 (the dress is actually worth $117) to avoid customs fees and have stated that they will refuse the parcel if I do not do this. You must declare returned goods when shipping overseas. I will not be complying with their shady request. They are located in China and the shipping through USPS will cost $68. This whole return process has been terrible with them refusing to give me a return address at all at first; it took many back and forth emails to convince them to provide me with the needed info in the first place. If there is any chance at all you might have to return your item, do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with AW Bridal.

AWBridal dress dimensions were too tight and the bride didn’t like the color swatch as it wasn’t the same as on the website. When I tried to return the item, they wouldn’t give me a return address and just said they’d credit me $20, so I still lost $80, when I could have lost only $40 for shipping it back. My suggestion: BUY AMERICAN MADE

I ordered from this company specifically due to a time frame limit. I paid for express shipping which listed a specific date within my time frame. I ordered a standard size because tailoring wouldn’t allow it to arrive in time. I ordered two dresses because the website specifically said standard sizes could be returned. I contacted the company about 10 days later and was told they couldn’t deliver to me before my event, even though the site said they could. They also said they don’t accept returns even though the website specifically said they do on standard sizes. I even went back to check in case I misread it initially, and it is clearly stated that they do accept returns on standard sizes. I am left without a dress and without enough time to order elsewhere. The company refunded me but didn’t offer any sort of apology. Their website clearly states many lies. If you’re on a time crunch or unsure about your dress, don’t believe their return policy or their delivery dates.

AW Wedding dresses and bridesmaiddresses are absolutely stunning!!!!!! When they arrived I just thought oh the prices should be a little higher because the quality of the dresses are really great!

We received our robes in plenty of time for Christmas. Wonderful quality. However you may want to consider sizing for women.Medium does not always work.His robe is perfect,however mine is a bit to small.A larger size would be much nicer.

I had the pleasure of using AW Bridal for several of my photoshoots! They've always been kind courteous and prompt. The dresses actually surprised me with their quality! They're well made and the dresses I've received didn't have any defects!
I will be recommending them to my brides from now on!
