I bought 8 dresses for my bridesmaids. THE REGINA DRESS and it looked amazing! Same as the picture. Slightly small then usual size tho! The customer service was very kind and helped me a lot.

Honestly, this was my first time to order a dress online for such an important occasion, I was a little nervous in the beginning.

I just tried on the dress and it fits ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY, it is exactly what I was dreaming of.

I am IN LOVE WITH THIS DRESS and it makes me feel like a PRINCESS QUEEN for my daughter's wedding day.

I am SO very happy with the EXCELLENT quality, fit, color and customer service with our email communication.

The dress is very nice! The sizing is on point. I’m very thankful that they have a free custom size option. The color and design are beautiful! ♥️ Customer service is also very responsive. They send an email right away to confirm the measurements, which was helpful because I accidentally entered a wrong number in my order. They make the dress very fast and shipment is fast too and Im from the Philippines. 😄 I received mine less than 2 weeks after ordering.

Honestly, I was hesitant about ordering a dress online, and my friends thought I was crazy. I was nervous, but when the dress arrived, it looked exactly like the picture, if not better. It's true to size—I'm a 2, and it fit like a glove! The dress was perfect, and everyone found it incredibly beautiful. They couldn't believe I bought it online; it became a running joke. I'm grateful I found the website, and they were very accommodating. Every time I emailed to ask a question they always got back to me promptly!

The quality of the dresses are great and shipment is very quick. Customer service is extremely kind too. I ordered dresses from her for multiple occasions and they did not disappoint at all, I just had to shorten them but that wasn’t a problem. You could also customize the size.. so that’s really great. Love this place!! I’m ordering two more dresses for another occasion as well. 😁❤️

My dress was just beautiful. I received so many compliments on it. It felt like it just floated - so light and easy. I wore it for my son's wedding. As a bonus, I tossed it in the washer (on delicate) after walking through a spill and it looks like new. I recommend taking advantage of their offer to tailor the dress - especially to remove the built in bra and maybe adjust the length. Very easy to deal with.

AW bridal was so accommodating. They were so easy to work with and really made me feel special with how much they cared about if this dress fit! I am plus size so it's hard for me to order something online. I got the dress super fast and it fits PERFECTLY! I was almost in tears i can't say enough positive feedback about AW!!

I got a bridesmaid dress that looked horrible on me. The dress has too much fabric and doesn’t bring out my best shape.
Customer service is pathetic. First, they don’t answer the phone. You just communicate by email. Second, the return policy is not clear. Basically, you can’t return anything you order even if it’s not custom made for one’s measurements. Would not recommend at all.

Customer care reached out following my review above and refunded the full cost of the dress and shipping. They apologized for the inconvenience.

The shipping took a while and ended up being delivered to the wrong address (through no fault of the company). The company was very helpful the whole time and checked on my order status every time I asked. Once I finally received my dress, it fit perfect (I got a custom size), and the quality is great.

Sadly, the dress I received was terrible. I sent them my custom measurements and the only thing that fits, is the waist. The top is a mile too big and falling off the shoulders. The neckline seam was poorly sown and doesn't lay flat, there is a very noticeable puker below the zipper on the back, and awkward pukers of materials on each side below my hips. The dress is also far too long. Lesson learned.

They made quality dresses for their price! They are customizable, unique and uses good fabric! I purchased 3 wedding dresses for my photography business and love them all.

The dresses from AW Bridal are so gorgeous! They have such a knack from creating wow factor gowns! I love how the material hangs and shows off the classy designs. Very unique and beautiful work. Highly recommend!

I ordered many dresses for weddings that are coming up and didn’t like any of them. Took a chance and ordered from AW Bridal and loved it! I liked the material, the fit and the style, so much that I ordered another one in another color.

I like leaving reviews to help out the next person and I absolutely love this! I'm a bigger girl usually 16/18 in pants. & this dress is soooo beautiful, comfortable & form fitting. It compliments my body type. I really wish i found clothes this easy. & the price was affordable! I know i will be ordering another color. This dark green is to die for !!!!

Horrible company. I placed an order. Received it in a timely manner. The dresses were horrible quality and did not look like they did online. I sent an email to get a return label. Took three emails and over and over a month before they responded. They only wanted to give me a partial refund and make me keep the dresses. To this day they have not refunded my money but I have shipped the dresses back. Also they are not in the USA. They are in China and lie. I would not recommend using this company.

I got a promotional email from this company and I could see all the emails of other users who got the same email. That is a huge breach of privacy and confidential information.

I had the most amazing experience with the Bridal Team. I was offered the opportunity to have my dress customised & I'm elated that I took up the offer. Initially, I was hesistant since it is usually a challenge to have dresses sized to what I describe as my "unusual" body shape. However, the Bridal team did not fail to deliver. The dress was sized to perfection. It was beautifully designed & created with high quality fabric material. The team was super helpful & professional. Their service is impeccable. I highly recommend this company & I can say hands down, that you will be completely satisfied with your product. This was my first experience with them, and this will not be my last. Thanks Bridal team. You guys rock!!!! I absolutely adore my dress and I appreciate your wonderful service.

I got a bridesmaids dress for a wedding this summer. My body doesnt really fit into normal sizes, so I choose to go custom sizing. The results were PERFECT! The dress was the perfect fit and I did not have to get it resized at all. The quality is really nice and the fabric was as well. The customer service was also superb. I like how they confirmed the sizing before they started making the dress. They were always quick to respond, which was a plus.

Ok so the pros: the quality is actually pretty good. The fabric has a nice feel. The custom sizing was done perfectly.

The MASSIVE cons: 1) they have their address as California, USA. They are in China. Everything is made and sent from China. This isn’t necessarily a big deal except for one thing; 2) the sizing. It’s a mess. I got a custom size for one dress, so thankfully that was fine, but wanted another for a backup and bought a ready to ship one (meaning they don’t make it to order like the others on offer). RtS is a fraction of the price, and now I know why. I wear a US 8 or 10. Using the measurements in the sizing chart, that equates to an AW 14. But when it got to me I couldn’t even zip it up. I would need probably an 18 in their size to fit me. So the chart is bogus and their sizing is too.

However, the colors are beautiful and the fabric is nice. You get a pretty dress for 100 bucks and since it’s for one day that’s not so bad. Just whatever you do, get a custom size with your exact measurements. They do it for free, and it’s the only way you are getting the right size.

I love working with AW Bridal! They're great to communicate with. I'm a wedding photographer, and I've seen a lot of wedding gowns at all different budgets. Usually, gowns at lower budgets feel flimsy and cheap. I can honestly say that I've been very impressed with the quality of every AW Bridal dress I've photographed. If you're a bride on a budget but still wanting a gorgeous gown, I'd definitely recommend AW Bridal!
