I ordered a size 16 wedding dress from here and they sent a size 6.
I emailed them and they said return it and they will send me out the correct size. I was very sceptical BUT to my surprise as
soon as they received the wrong one back,the correct one was sent out. The communication was fantastic and every questioned I asked ( which was alot) they answered. It didn't cost any extra to return the dress and I recieved it in the specified time frame.
The dress looks lovely and it is just as described. It feels and looks alot more expensive than it was.
I would recommend this company 100%.

I had a terrible experience with AW Bridal and I strongly recommend avoiding them. My bridesmaid ordered a dress that doesn't fit, and when she asked to return it, they offered us only a 1/4 of the original price to keep it. After asking for a return address, they offered $10 more and still refused to provide any return instructions. Their customer service is awful, and they clearly have no interest in resolving issues fairly.
Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable company for your special day.

Do Not Shop Here. They will not return dresses that are not made correctly and that are missing items.

I was nervous ordering a bridesmaid dress for my daughter online, but it worked out perfectly. The dress is beautiful! Customer service was available and very helpful. I was able to reach them through email and calling. I would definitely buy from AW Bridal again and recommend to others.

My experience with AW bridal was goofy at best and very frustrating. I bought a bridesmaid dress here with custom measurements, and the dress they sent me was for another customer (totally different color, size, dress, etc.) When I informed AW Bridal of the mistake, they asked me to send the dress to the customer it was intended for (they did refund me for shipping). Meanwhile, the dress I had actually ordered had been sent to a different customer, so AW bridal tried to track it down to have it sent to me instead of making me a new one. They told me that the customer to whom my dress had been mistakenly sent had shipped my dress, only for me to find out a week later that they had not been able to get in contact with said customer. Finally they got in touch with the customer and she agreed to send me my dress. Thankfully it came before the wedding I was a part of, but even with the custom measurements it was too big. Overall, it was a very distressing experience and while it may have been a series of unfortunate mistakes on their end, based on this experience I do not plan to shop here again.

My only daughter is getting married this October, so I need a dress. After looking at many sites, I found the perfect dress at A/W. I bought the dress right away. Being a new mother of the bride, it was a welcome relief to have excellent, caring, and understanding customer service. They kept me informed of the progress of shipping. When I got the dress, it was perfect. It was well made and fit just right. I would recommend A/W Bridal to anyone looking for the perfect dress.

Rust Sabrina dress was beautiful and beautifully crafted. I got lots of compliments on this stunner of a dress! I wore it as mog.

The Mother of the bride dress I purchased was perfect! I followed the size chart, included my height and hollow measurements and the height of my shoes. The fit was perfect, the dress was very well made, and the material was wonderful. And, it arrived with time to spare. I couldn’t be more thrilled! Thank You so much.

Got the most perfect dress from AW bridal! Quality is amazing, I would probably recommend sizing down a little bit, but other than that everything is great!
Customer service is also very helpful and quick to answer any questions!

Worst company ever! Not American. Order came from China. It says on their website that you can return but it is not true! I'll finish this later. Ended up costing 3x the amount it should have.

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The company shipped me the wrong color dress, and has done everything they can to avoid giving me a refund for their own mistake! I followed all of their rules, sent them pictures (they have asked multiple times for photos) and I have been emailing them back and forth for WEEKS with no resolution. Then instead of providing a refund, they offered to give me $20 to keep the dress when I paid nearly $100 for it, and I have no use for it because it is the wrong color! They also do not pay for return shipping, even when it is THEIR mistake...they expect their customers to pay to return a dress they should not have been shipped in the first place. I would never buy from them again. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere!

Great experience with customer service helping me replace a dress quickly! The replacement was needed due to my own mistake. They were helpful and honest, and they worked hard to get my dress to me on time! The quality is great, the color is beautiful, and the customer service team really helped me out.

Ordered two dressses, sadly the fit was not great but the color was beautiful. Requested a return/refund and was resolved in a couple of days, funds return. I would try them again.

My experience with AW Bridal was stress free! I had been looking for an dress for my son's wedding for months. I happened upon a beautiful chiffon jumpsuit that came up during a google search. I ordered the jumpsuit and it arrived within two weeks. The jumpsuit was too big so I returned it and my refunds was processed quickly. I ended up ordering the same jumpsuit customized by AW Bridal. The chart they provide do do my measurements was spot on. I receive the jumpsuit today, about a week earlier than anticipated and it fits perfectly. The bust, waist and length are perfect! Each correspondence I had with them was returned quickly. I would recommend them highly, especially the customizing option.

What a great experience I had! Recommended by the bride whose wedding I need the dress for, I ordered a long dress in mid March and it arrived within a month. It was custom made because I fell between two sizes. I was concerned about the color being accurate and it was. It fits perfectly. They confirmed the measurements I sent them to make sure they were correct, to the point of asking for a photo neck down to verify. I don’t have an hour glass figure. I love the dress and can’t wait to wear it. There’s lots of time till the wedding. They are very friendly and appreciative of their clients. I would highly recommend them if you want a pretty dress/outfit. It’s well made, fabric great. I’m very pleased. Allow lots of time to be safe.

My dress I bought was perfect and of good quality I would strongly recommend my only suggestion would be to order way ahead because it took longer than the 20 days they said for delivery it took mine 40-45 days and it was a standard size 18 fit was good but it was extra long but I can fix that
