Excellent Service
Delivered within 48 hours, arrived home to find my delivery had been brought up to front of house, I was impressed and very pleased. Look forward to placing delivery for the next stage of project.

I had big issues with the delivery as…
I had big issues with the delivery as online it said 3-5 working days but they wanted to deliver 11 days from order
Telephoned as I had arranged for my fence to be done and delivery was bought forward to the Saturday and would be delivered In the morning but wasn’t delivered until 3.15pm
Cost me more as the guy was just waiting around
Not heard from avs either so won’t be using again and would not recommend

Thanks for your feedback. We would never advise anyone to book contractors before receiving materials and whilst we always try to meet our delivery schedules, they are only intended to be guidelines. Shortly after you placed your order we increased our delivery timelines to 7-10 working days to reflect the current high volume of orders. We are pleased to hear that our Havant branch did all they could to try and accommodate early delivery of your order and are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Ordered 20 decking boards not the…
Ordered 20 decking boards not the cheap ones, the quality was not as good as what I expected, lots of splits and knots in the boards, probably a total of two boards I couldn't use.

Outstanding customer service
I ordered 20 sleepers and was advised delivery would be within 7-10 days and it would be delivered to kerbside only.
On the day of delivery the driver called to advise he was on the way, I explained that I had not received a notification of delivery and was at work, I asked if it could be rearranged to the following day so there would be someone home. The driver offered to put my order in my back garden for me, when I arrived home they were all neatly stacked with room to get around them.
I was really pleased with the outstanding service provided by the driver.
