Fast, efficient and helpful

Ordered online for collection only to get to the warehouse and be given much smaller sizes to what I ordered.
After speaking with the manager it was apparent a member of staff had mixed up a lot of the orders and mine was now out of stock.
The manager apologised and got my order delivered to me a couple of days later which inconvenienced my customer but thankfully she was understanding.

Ordered some fencing material on Saturday and got it delivered on Monday. I wasn’t able to talk to the driver but with very limited instructions on the order he dropped it in exactly the right place on my drive (avoiding the car parking, moving bins, etc). Great service from these guys.

Excellent service and very friendly helpful delivery chap (who gave a little advice, as my job was out the front of the house). One panel had a slat that was a little damaged. On calling, It was replaced within a few hours. Brilliant!
