Model and size were perfect but leather was far away from super soft and the worst thing it was smelling extremely bad. So sad about that but only solution is to return the jacket.

Hi all
Hi all, I think you should make a warning about import tax in every country. For example, I had to pay 20 eur. More for the delivery, and, when the jacket arrived to Spain, I had to pay 12 eur more, due to the import tax.
So, I think you should have a system which permits all the payments (including UPS service in this case) depending on the country. The customer would appreciate pay all the tax at the same time he/she will buy the product in your website. Best regards, Virginia

Dear valued customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the recent import duty taxes you encountered upon receiving your leather jacket shipment to Spain. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Please know that as an online retailer, we do not have control over the customs policies of your country. However, we do understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we would like to help in any way we can.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to get a clear understanding of the import duty taxes and fees for any future purchases you make. We have highlighted and clearly addressed any such topics in our terms and conditions which can be found on www.aviatrixleather.com. Additionally, we would like to offer you a discount on your next purchase with us as a gesture of goodwill. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
We truly appreciate your business and hope to continue serving you in the future.
Best regards, AVIATRIX

Hello
We are sorry to hear that the jacket did not meet your expectations. We do provide an easy-to-use step-by-step measurement guide for every jacket we offer with clear measurements for every part of the jacket. The reason we do this is because every jacket has its own fit. Moreover, we also offer a completely free-of-charge exchange service which you did not avail. We would be more than happy to exchange it for you still. We have checked your order records and we can see that you did not return or exchange your order. This can only mean that it fit perfectly. You are always welcome back. Sending you our warmest regards, AVIATRIX
