Place my order on the 4th September, received confirmation yet still not received my items. I have sent countless emails to both addresses on the website and just advised by a robot that a human will now review my email and respond yet they don’t. I would avoid ordering directly from them, use an alternative website as the customer service is appalling. I will have to request a charge back in order to regain the money spent. Quick to take payment!

Good products good service

The shorts purchased were too small so I started a return. I never received the QR code required to post the item back. I have contacted this company a number of times but have not received any reason for this lack of customer service. So I'm stuck with a pair of shorts that I paid for, that I can't use and can't return. Awful!

Do not order direct under any circumstances. One pair of jeans ordered one month ago has not been processed. If you email them an AI bot replies. I told the stupid robot to pass my enquiry on to a human which it did not. No other recourse. Absolutely terrible customer service

Na een retourzending heb ik mijn terugbetaling nooit ontvangen, waarna Stan Ray niet op een van mijn meerdere e-mails reageert. Er is verder totaal geen contact met ze te krijgen, waardoor ik mijn geld kwijt ben.

Zero customer service from Stan Ray UK. Sent an email regarding an mis-made pair of trousers. Have had no reply. Returning without confirmation risks being charged for delivery both ways!
Disappointed. Will not be buying anything else from StanRay.com
I own a few items of Stan Ray clothing, generally pretty well made, sizing can be a bit off. Quality not as good as Levis or Carhartt USA or WIP.

Har ikke fået min penge retur efter at jeg sendte bukserne tilbage i august..

Efter to måneder blev jeg nødt til at skrive til dem igen for at høre hvornår jeg fik mine penge retur. De svarede at der havde været en fejl i systemet og at mine bukser var ankommet til deres lager. Jeg har stadigvæk ikke fået mine penge retur. Meget besværligt at kommunikere med firmaet. Kunne 100% ikke anbefale at bestille noget fra Stan ray, hvis du ikke er helt sikker på om du vil beholde dine varer...

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.

I placed and paid for order #75620 on September 13. The stated shipping timeframe was approximately 3–5 business days, but I received no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or proactive update.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the order was still unfulfilled and that someone would follow up regarding the delay and next steps. No one ever followed up.

On September 28—15 days after placing the order—I noticed that the payment had been refunded. This is how I found out that the order had apparently been cancelled. The company did not send me a cancellation email, explanation, advance notice, or proper apology.

Although the payment was refunded, I still lost money on transaction and currency-conversion fees because of an order the company accepted but failed to fulfil.

Even more concerning, the exact same trousers in the same colour are still shown as available on the website. If they are out of stock, the listing is misleading and could cause other customers to go through the same experience.

Taking payment, providing no updates for more than two weeks, failing to honour a promised follow-up, and cancelling an order without even notifying the customer is unacceptable. Extremely poor communication and inventory management. I would not order from this company again.

Min søn på 16 år returnerede et par bukser for over to måneder siden, men vi har stadig intet hørt fra jer. Det har desværre ikke været muligt at komme igennem til jeres kundeservice. Det er utroligt ærgerligt og uheldigt, at en ung fyr, der har sparet op af sine egne penge, skal have sådan en oplevelse.

Returned my purchased because it did not fit. Did not get any news. After contact got an answer from chatbot. Idk if i will be reimbursed.

I received an order confirmation email then radio silence. I contacted customer support and got no response at all. After trying 3/4 times someone finally replied to say the order was marked as unpicked and that they would look into it. I've then had no further communication despite emailing repeatedly. Awful customer service - I feel completely scammed and have had to contact my credit card provider for a refund. Will never buy from them again.

The quality of what was sent was extremely well made
The color is true to photos.
The fit was slimmer than anticipated.
I chose a credit, but everything is out of stock. I am patiently waiting......
Customer service could be better.

I was unable to get a refund/return for the item I bought, they simply will not message me back. The item did not fit even though I previously bought an XL item from them that did fit perfectly.

Scam. I ordered 2 pair of shorts for my bf for a vacation and added a hat to the order to get free shipping. Hat was delivered within a couple days, but shorts, no where to be found. When I reached out they said the items were not out of stock but they couldn’t provide any shipping updates and they wouldn’t be here before the trip. A week later I’m home, still no delivery, reached out to customer service twice and was completely ghosted. I liked the shorts when I ordered from Revolve, but needed a bigger size so wanted to go straight to the source. Turns out it was a total scam. Don’t order from this site. Ordered Aug 19th, hat came the 21st, shorts expected delivery by the 23rd, still no update on shop app 9/9 so ended up disputing the charge with my bank. Very disappointing.

The worst. Returns are a scam. They delay sending a label so you don’t return stuff

I ordered a belt over a month ago, and it was never even dispatched. When I contacted customer support, I only received a single automated response acknowledging the issue. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but my messages have been completely ignored.
Taking money for an order, failing to ship it, and then cutting off communication is entirely unacceptable. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
