Poor company, they are cover what they want. I am very dissapointed. Just stay away from them. They rejected wheel bearing, coil spring, flywheel & clutch kit. I do not recommend.

They make you have an accident before they will pay out. Dangerous company.

A full story to protect everyone. The scam company will cite the policy exception "does not cover worn parts" to force you to drive the vehicle untill the part fails. Being a responsible owner and repairing the failed component 1 minute before it causes you to veer off the road and crash will be denied as "we do not cover worn parts".

Easy claims process and fast payout. Needed 2 injectors. Warranty only covered 1. Is clear in the book so was happy overall. Something is better than nothing! Staff are very polite. Had a nice chat with Faye.

Warranties are all the same. What you see is what you get. Dont expect everything to be covered.

I found the customer-service "passive-aggressive". I've discovered there is a lot that the Silver Warranty small print does not cover! Including the fact that having taken my car to a UK VAT registered garage, Auto Select wont match the cost of a reputable part supplier & use the rates of an unreliable cheap supplier that my garage have had terrible past experience with. Plus ASW re-imburse according to their own labour rates that are 20% under the standard rate in the area I live.

I’ve dealt with a few warranty companies in my time of purchasing vehicles, however having dealt with AutoSelect Warranties, I have been astonished by the customer service and the can do attitude getting my vehicle repaired nothing was too much for them.

Really satisfied with the service. Excellent speedy service, processed the claim fairly and quickly! Would definitely look to use again!

Poor customer service, dont waste your hard earned money in buying a worthless warranty from this cowboy outfit. If they can get out of paying out they will. I had a diagnostic done for a steering rack fault and declined - cause as ascertained by them - wear and tear. (Platinum cover at £349 for a year). Poor warranty, extremely poor cover and if you can find something that they will pay out on - Good Luck. Their performance needs to be publicised in the National Motoring press, The Sun, are you interested in exposing the AutoSelect Warranty scam?

Second time using my warranty. Just before it expired. I had a problem with my Nox sensor which was resolved on the same day. Thank you. I will be renewing my warranty.

Very helpful and good customer service. Had blown headgasket on my seat leon. They organised the recovery and collected from my house. They had the car slightly over a week, and they even dropped the car back to my house after the repair.

I bought a Car from a dealer in October 2022, and I was offered to pay for the top platinum cover warranty as I lived 70 miles away from the car dealer.

Despite being extremely skeptical, I reluctantly paid for the top warranty.

I should have know better and just kept my money.

My Car developed several faults and I just had £1400 of work carried out to it by a highly reputable VAT registered garage, which I had to pay in full myself.

My Warranty claim was rejected because the warranty company claim I did not follow "Correct procedure".
