AutoRentals-Crete Anmeldelser

Fantastic service with everything in black and white with no hidden charges.
New cars unlike alot of others in the area.

Will definitely use again next year when we return.

This family run business is brilliant! Great comms before arrival, clear pricing and conditions. They met us at the airport, the car was spotless and very low mileage. Easy to contact during our hire and happy to help in any way. The car was really well looked after and clean throughout. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Faultless service, clear pricing, full insurance, no hidden fees. Only rule is simply same fuel level on return. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours landing in Chania at 2am and Nick stayed long past his usual working hours to pick us up from the airport on a Saturday night/ Sunday morning! The lady who was there when we returned the car was so friendly and kind. A true family run business with a personal service. Highly recommend using their service.

Everything very smooth, no hidden costs. Very straightforward and pickup / drop from airport. Would 100% use this family run business again. I've rented cars in many countries and rate auto rentals highly. Overall good experience.

AutoRentals provided fair and clear pricing with full insurance cover, a fair fuel policy, and no hidden extras unlike many other providers that may initially look cheaper. That peace of mind, and avoidance of any up-selling at the airport was definitely worth it. Met at Arrivals and driven to their office for a fast and efficient handover. The car was clean and in really good condition, and we had no problems with it over two weeks.

Most importantly, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and honest.

Excellent. Met at the airport with sign.

Car in clean condition. All insurance included. Easy to add second driver.

Very smooth.

Hired a car for 18 days. Booking process was quick, conformation also quick and friendly. The car was almost new, 3500 km, we had no problems at all with it. A very friendly lady picked us up at the airport and drove us to the office only a minute away. A few minutes later, after some paperwork we were off. After 18 days we brought the car back and the same friendly lady drove us back to the airport. I highly recommend Autorentals Crete.

Hired a seat ibiza for 7 days at heraklion airport for €170. Everything was included such as CDW PAI with no hidded costs. The car was new and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We rented a car to drive from Heraklion to Chania while on vacation in Crete. They made everything so easy, brought the car right to the hotel and we had absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend this company, they are the best. This was the best car rental experience ever!

We had a 24 hour rental from AutoRentals Crete. The service was friendly, polite and helpful. They were accommodating with pick up and drop off locations. The car was a very tidy late model Hyundai, perfect for Crete and good to drive. Rental was reasonable and full cover. Would definitely use again. Efcharisto AutoRentals Crete.

I've rented cars for many years in many countries and, without any doubt, AutoRentals Crete have provided the best experience I've ever had, by a mile. The initial booking was simple: great communication and a very competitive price. The pick-up from our hotel and the subsequent airport drop-off was so easy - no hassle whatsoever. The car was in perfect condition. A completely stress-free service from start to finish that was professional, friendly, and efficient. It's so rare to find a car rental company that make things so straightforward and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to all the team!

AutoRentalsCrete give us a personalised service. My husband and I have used them quite a few times and they are very helpful and reliable. They go out of their way to give us lifts or bring the car to the hotel near the airport the morning after arrival. They have always been very good and the cars have also been fine. They are easy to contact if difficulties arise. A great company. Col/Gwy

I was VERY impressed with Dimitri's Car rental ( autorentals-crete.gr) . Five stars is not enough!!

I have traveled a fair amount among the Greek islands, and I usually rent a car on each island. I have found that the smaller the island, the more friendly and responsible the people who run the rental companies, and that the larger the island, the less personal and less friendly they are. Of course, Crete is the largest island, and Heraklion is a large city, so I did not expect much of a connection with the people running it.

I was very wrong. I found Demetri and his son to be at least as warm and helpful as on the smallest of Greek islands. In fact, it felt like renting from family. One the technical side, the car was well maintained and worked without any problems at all. Except I managed to create a minor problem with my rental car. After a phone consultation, Dimetri arrived quickly – he was an hour away when I phoned him - and … corrected the mistake I had made. But it was done with such warmth and friendliness that the incident turned into a genuinely pleasant encounter, even – however strange this might sound - one of the high points of my time on Crete, as I very much enjoyed Dimitri’s humour and even some story-telling!

If and when I return to Crete, I would not consider renting from anyone else. And I will “testify” to his honesty, integrity and dedication.

We used Auto Rentals last week, we booked 07 days, and I can tell you this was the best rental company I ever encountered.
No hidden costs, they don’t force you to buy extra stuff, the reservation process was also very easy. They even waited and brought us back from the airport, we had an accident during our trip, and they were incredible understanding, supportive during the whole process.
Super recommend, not only because of the quality - price, but for the honesty and support.
The lady from the front desk is very helpful.

I recently rented a car in Crete for a little over a week, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team was friendly, polite, and made sure everything was clear, with no hidden surprises in the contract. The car was modern, clean, and in great condition, which made getting around the island easy. I also appreciated the fair fuel policy and how transparent the terms were—no fine print to worry about. Plus, the option for a free additional driver was a nice touch. The return process was super easy too—just dropped the key in the box early in the morning without any hassle. It’s always a relief to find a company you can rely on when traveling, and I’d definitely recommend these guys. They really made my trip easier, and I’d happily rent from them again!
