If you are thinking about buying from autonumen.com AKA Autosky, think again. I ordered and paid for a new Tech 2 scanner they never shipped. Instead, they instructed another client from Douglasville GA to send me his used scanner that he was trying to return to the seller. When I spoke with the client from Douglasville GA he told me he was under the impression that he was shipping his used scanner back to the seller's office in the US and not another client. Upon receiving the scanner I noticed the scanner had clear signs of been used, the VCI module is cracked, the Main cable is damaged and all the scanner labels are missing. In my opinion the seller was trying to scam me into believing this was a new unit.
Upon contacting them, they replied stating they will get back to me after consulting with the "boss", never heard from them again. Eventually I filed a claim with PayPal which was of no help whatsoever because they expected me to pay for the return shipping back to China at a cost of $220.58. This is my first time buying from a company in China and my last, I will never again buy anything from these people or any other company in China.

After My writing on Trustpilot, I have been contacted by Company. They prommised me to bring my Product into working Condition Again.
That they couldn't do, due to the illegal state of the Product. Instead of making it Work they asked for $100 to install a new chip.
I have been in Contact with Diagun that confirms that it is an illegal Product.
This time too I am in possession of confirmatory evidence.
