This is simply the most professional body shop that I have ever attended. Excellent location, and excellent work, service and price. I hope never to have to visit again, but if I need a repair this is the only place I would use. Thank you Peter, Dan and James, you should be very proud of this business ( and I expect you are!).

The engineer (James) made sure that he arrived at a time that was convenient for us and repaired the damage to our wheel on the drive.
The wheel now looks very good

Brilliant alloy wheel repair on all four wheels of mu Audi A6. Wayne had to fit in the job at short notice and had to travel a significant distance to reach me. He turned up on time having let me know he was coming and completed the job efficiently and with good humour. Thanks Wayne.

An immaculate repair to a small scratch on the inside paintwork of a rear door carried out by Mr Capel. The vehicle is only a few months old and it is now, literally, as good as new.

Wayne contacting me the day before his visit and again on the morning to confirm the time. He arrived on time explained and completed the repair and now the alloy wheel is back to its best.

Excellent service and excellent end result on repairing a pair of scratched alloys. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Service was good. Timing was not

The only thing that let it down was not being notified of when the technician would arrive.

I basically lost a whole morning where I could have got things done.

If you can have something in place that gives the customer a time frame of when for example"Your technician will be there between 1:15pm and 3:15pm" for example would be great.
