Just started using Auotentry very pleased with it. Customer support is also good.

Hanna was our technical advisor and she was amazing. She's so knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a lot of time with my wife and I teaching us what we needed to know about the software program. She is also very kind and professional. We were completely satisfied. Thank you Hanna!

Hannah was awesome and helped me fix a setting that was causing my issues.

Auto Entry has great potential but the sync app / data service issues are getting more and more frequent. We have been trialling Auto-Entry for 12 months now. It's now rare that we are put straight through to a human advisor, instead we are directed to information sheets that are not always correct. For the last few months I can honestly say it would be quicker to manually enter invoices. I am no longer able to rely on it when we have urgent work to process.

Had a few issues setting up the app so needed to call customer service. They are always available within a few minutes and have sorted everything i needed. I like sage products a lot, especially sage accounting and auto-entry. The dashboards are easy on the eye and simple to use:)

At first, I used the Bot to narrow down my question, but once I got Hannah on the text message it took only a few minutes to get the answer I needed so we could give access to one of our employees to reintegrate the Sage information with the AutoEntry app.

Auto entry has always been very efficient and effective and anytime there's an issue it gets addressed and corrected very quickly. Highly recommend for all bookkeepers!
