Just don't!!
I ordered an expensive Dash Cam on Saturday 21st of August.
I hesitated for a moment as I usually buy from Repco, but went a head and did it anyway.
No contact for a week!!
I wrote a complaint and finally my item was marked as sent..
Only it wasn't.
It's now another week and it is still not marked as received by the post office!
How can you be so careless with such an expensive item...and into he mean time I am left unprotected while driving.
This item was supposedly coming from a physical store in Doncaster.. 40 minutes from here.
This has been the absolute pits of service!!
Repco are always at the ready to help.. I am so incredibly regretful I didn't stick with the this time.

Today I was served by Charles at Autobarn Camberwell. I purchased a Breathalyser for my son who has just got his P plates. Charles was outstanding in his customer service, product knowledge and positive attitude. Autobarn, he is a credit to your organisation and brand.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company! BUYER BEWARE! We made a purchase for a custom mat and when the mat didn't fit, they acknowledged by email that their website had a mistake and asked if I wanted a shipping label to return and purchase other ones. I said just the shipping label as we wouldn't get the correct ones by Christmas and then they refused...even after we sent the VIN as proof that we were correct. We had to pay a lot of return shipping for THEIR mistake and the refund was slower than normal bank processing times. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

After I bought wrong rear mirror for my car in store and bad information and help from sellers ,I told the customer service and they did nor solve it and did not return it because I missed the package which was damaged when I was trying to open the pack and they did not returned it or exchanged it.I am very unhappy.

I ordered batteries for my VW (it has 2). Their website indicated that the batteries were IN STOCK.
The response email stated that the batteries would ship the next day.
After TWO WEEKS of not getting the batteries or a shipping confirmation, I sent customer service an email. FIVE DAYS LATER, I got a reply, that the batteries were on order and would be shipped when they arrived.
THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THEM IN STOCK - They ordered them AFTER I bought them (LIARS).
Did they offer a credit or compensation for their obvious fraudulent activities? Of course not.
Add another week of transit time and it took over 5 weeks to receive batteries that were supposed to be IN STOCK.
