The five stars are for Auto Barn Eltham who helped me with brake lights and wipers this morning They were fantastic - great customer service, great knowledge and great expertise. The parts were installed in a flash and I was on my way in no time. Certainly cannot say the same for Doncaster Auto Barn who told me to wait in my car and they would come out and help. I waited for around 20 minutes but no one appeared so I headed across Eltham. I give Doncaster Auto Barn minus 5 stars.

Went to have my brake lights done. 3 including the one above the backseat area. Apparently they don’t test their work before giving car back. On my way home, I realised none were working including the left indicator,( there was no problem with the indicators). I rang and got another booking the next day, whilst trying to explain the the problem the counter person shouted in my face-‘we replaced the two globes !!! (What happened to the third?) it’s an electrical problem!! We don’t do that!!!’ The next day I went across town to my usual mechanic- sorted it out in ten minutes. No electrical problem - the auto barn receipt says ‘ install HEADLIGHT globe x2 🥸

Booked my car to have repairs done after getting a service there , telephoned the store 3 days prior with the quote to arrange the parts they said yes yes i had to take day off work for repairs on the day of service which was a friday they rang at 15.30 to say the parts have not arrived the car will be ready next day saturday so i was not happy as i arranged to have the parts ready prior.

And when i received the car the drivers electrical window button is not working properly it was ok before the service i rang the store to tell the problem the man Nic on phone was very rude saying well it was working when you left.

He did offer to look at it but no thanks i have lost confidence in your service & bad attitude.

The salesman was very rude at the Ballina NSW store

Autobahn at Tweed Heads is always a pleasure to shop. The staff are so helpful especially KAHLAN who went the extra mile with a problem that I was having with our new car. Thankyou once again KAHLAN.

Bought a Uniden Radio Ultimate pack from Autobarn for $719 on October 12. They reduced the price the next week to $675. Like many retailers, they offer a price guarantee where if you find a cheaper price after a recent purchase, they will offer a refund or store credit. However, they did not honour this and there excuse was that they don't match Kogan, Amazon etc. There Customer Service could not be bothered to look at the two pictures I sent to them clearly showing it was an Autobarn price. Last time I buy anything from them!
So, heard back. Apparently, you have to get back to them in one week. I purchased it on Sunday 12th and I emailed them Monday 20th about the price guarantee. Come on, really.
UPDATE: Well, thankfully, common sense has prevailed. Autobarn has refunded me. Thank you.

Company used to pride self on customer service but that has vanished since bapcor took the stores over.
Bought a jump start kit 10 months ago. Went to use it in an emergency and found it faulty.
Not interested in helping me, little wonder they are loosing market share. Wake up

En högst oseriös bilhandlare. Låt dig inte luras av fin hemsida. Firman finns i ett litet skyffe ett par gamla soffor och ett kontor finns.

Bilderna ljuger garanterat då dom gjorde det för mig. Enl bilhandlaren skulle bilens skick vara ”utöver det vanliga” det tolkar man ju som bra skick och välskött. Det var det såklart inte skitig inne lera på sätena hundhår i taket. Stenskott av dess like på motorhuv och front repor på kofångare mm mm

Inte nog med det utan kom överens om nytt pris för detta och jag hade tagit flyget dit så satt lite illa till utan bil. Men väl hemma så tittar jag efter laddaren då det är en hybrid. Fanns ingen där bara kabeln, kollade då handskfacket efter boken mm men helt tomt.
Vid irritation från min sida påbörjades Mail konversation men firman som var väldigt långsam på att svara men summan av det hela är att företaget kommer bli anmälda till ARN samt Konsumentombudsmannen och min jurist.
Lägg hellre till pengar än att handla från denna firman. Garanterat många recensioner från polare mm som höjer upp betyget.

I’m talking here about Autobarn garage in Northampton, avoid at all costs, avoid.. avoid.. runaway..the worst service, the worst prices, they add many unnecessary hours of labour to charge you for more, I ended up paying about £500 more than it should.

Went to Cranbourne Autobarn to buy a new battery. Told them they would have to order it in because it was a special order. Sales Representative told me to wait until stock came in. I told him again it needed to be order in. He did not listen. In the end he told me to go to Repco or somewhere else as he could not help me. This representatives attitude was clearly unprofessional and annoying. Would never go to this store again. Ended up going to a different company to get my battery.

Våra vänner som tidigare köpt bil av Autobarn rekommenderade oss att kontakta dem när vi berättade att vi letade ny bil. Vi ringde till Autobarn och fick prata med deras försäljningschef. Vi förklarade för honom vad vi letade efter. Vi kände ett genuint intresse från honom att hjälpa oss att ta fram det som vi letade efter. Han tog god tid på sig för att förstå oss och våra behov och kom därefter med flera olika förslag. Han förklarade ingående och presenterade flera olika alternativ. Han kopplade också upp sig med livekamera och visade de olika bilarna som vi diskuterat. Allt var otroligt proffsigt och vi kände oss verkligen trygga och väl omhändertagna.

Tillsammans med min man åkte vi sedan ner till Uppsala med tåg. Vi blev hämtade direkt på tågstationen av Autobarn vilket vi tyckte var en jättebra service. Väl framme på deras anläggning i Knivsta tittade vi på de olika bilar som vi tidigare diskuterat och sett bilder och video på. Vi bestämde oss slutligen för en Volvo som passade vår familjs behov. Vi provkörde bilen som vi både tyckte var jättefin, trevlig att köra och allt kändes jättebra.

Köpet gick supersmidigt och försäljningschefen och övrig personal var alla väldigt trevliga. Vi kände att vi fick svar på alla våra frågor och all dokumentation på bilen presenterades och överlämnades på ett tydligt sätt. Vi fick med en uppsättning jättefina sommardäck också som var i princip helt nya samt 1 månads gratis helförsäkring. Vi vill framföra till Autobarn att vi är så himla nöjda med vår nya bil och bemötandet vi fick från den första kontakten och under hela vistelsen i Knivsta. Vi kommer definitivt att åka ner till Autobarn igen när det är dags att byta bil nästa gång. Stort tack! Vi kommer att rekommendera er.

Went to Chirnside Park store to purchase a patch lead to install my pioneer aftermarket radio in my Toyota corolla.
Noah was more than helpful with advice on what leads I needed and help and advice for the changeover.
Can't than you enough for your help . I wouldn't have known what to do without your help.

I have been going to the Majura Park store for some time now. The staff have been very helpful, especially their store manager Lachlan, who has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions. Thanks team!

Dino went over and above to help me. Not only di he select the rights itema he also fitted the car seats. And he is a lovely pleasant man.

Auto barn Cranbourne girl and boy at counter were fantastic and solved my problem compared to Dandenong the guy at counter wasn’t helpful told me to go elsewhere and rude

Bought the wrong additive for my vehicle, went to return/exchange for right one and got told they don't care after 14 days. Wouldn't touch it even with product being as new untouched, never had this poor level of service from any other shop i've dealt with

Went to purchase "stop start" type battery at autobarn Bethania. While the female assistant was perusing the system, she was singing to the slightly loud store music. At one point she got frustrated and let off an expletive and the manager was standing off behind her and did not say anything. After locating the item she affirmed with the manager and he then walked to another terminal. He said " we dont have the little machine to connect to the vehicle to hold the computer data". You can try with the dealer across the carpark. Thats it. I was astonished that this store did not have the required equipment. Or could they just not be bothered. I certainly wont be going back to that store.

I went today to Autobarn Doncaster, Vic and the service was really good.
Firstly the young man inside the store assisted with product selection (the correct Top Up Coolant).
Then the young lady at the register assisted with selecting gloves to protect my hands in the adding coolant process.
Excellent training by the store and excellent attitude by the staff.

My wife has had issues with her new stereo and is Getting the run around from the Penrith store.
Now she has to wait until an installation from
minchinbury or Marsden park.
So much for customer service .
