Before using Auslogic, I use a few softwares for increasing my windows system to be fast and clean, but after I know about Auslogic, no one software can do better then Auslogic Boostspeed.

Auslogics' BoostSpeed has proven its usefulness over time
I've been using several Auslogics' products on several of my computers, real and virtual, for half a decade or so now. DriverUpdater found drivers that other software failed to detect as obsolete and failed to update. BoostSpeed has worked well with SSDs, both on host machines and on those host's virtual machines. Haven't lost data. Improved network settings to a pronounced degree. Yup, I like these products, speaking as an owner of PCs from the CP/M days of 1984.

Not an advanced user

Fraudulent billing
Fraudulent billing. I've both cancelled and repeatedly asked Auslogics to cancel a subscription I no longer use and stop billing me and yet they continue. I've attempted to block them via PayPal and had my bank reverse transactions. At this point I've outright blocked them from withdrawing money. I find it amusing to see they're still making attempts well over a year later.

I tired Auslogics Driver updater
I tired Auslogics Driver updater, I did the trial version, and stated 11 available drivers, and installed 1 free driver, worked fine, till I paid for the subscription, of 9 drivers available, then it made my computer having issues to where I had to re-installed my OS, and I haven't re-install all my apps yet, if you disagree then try at you own risk.

Driver Updater is designed to resolve a wide array of system issues and all system drivers are provided to us by both manufacturers and third-party developers. Sometimes, a driver may not be compatible with a specific system, but in every case, the program creates a backup of the updated driver and a restore point to resolve such situations.

Auto renewal and refund request impossible
I was bitten by the auto renewal issue via PayPal like other users here. We received an alert on upgrading Boostspeed that we needed to purchase a new license. Days later, the renewal for the older license came out. Tried to contact support to get a refund. Was met with some hostility on the fact that Paypal favoured their side of the dispute when the dispute was only a day old and was told the old license can be reactivated! Why? Will not be renewing again. Advising others reading this not to use this company.

I had an issue about billing and sent a message to the company . In a matter of just a few days the customer service department took care of me and resolved the problem! The entire incident went smoothly without any stress! I love Auslogics and trust their software.Great company that cares for its customers.

No auto-renewal "opt-out" is deceptive at best
While the product works as advertised, your auto-renew subscription is garbage. Auslogics is counting on purchasers to forget/or not understand that the subscription auto-renewal with no way to cancel other than outside the app.
Auslogics auto-renewal omission of an "Opt-out" box speaks volumes, and you can bet customers will avoid your products like the plague do to your deceptive interface.
