Da ich heute (!!!) auf meine Bewertung vom Oktober 2024 (!!!) eine Antwort bekommen habe, hier ein Nachtrag: Wie bereits damals erwähnt, bin ich weitgehend mit Plasfy zufrieden. Einige Dinge sind ärgerlich und haben nichts mit Usability zu tun. Z.B. ist es bei mehrseitigen Projekten für Social Media nicht möglich, alle Seiten als Grafiken auszugeben, obwohl im Dropdown-Menu "ALL" angegeben wird. Man muss jede Seite einzeln exportieren. Dass Projekte nicht als Reels oder Stories (also mp4) ausgegeben werden können ist schade, da muss man sich halt mit workarounds behelfen. Ansonsten möchte ich aber betonen, dass ich Plasfy als wirklich gutes und sinnvolles Werkzeug schätze und benutze. Ich hoffe jedenfalls auf Verbesserungen in den kommenden updates (vor allem beim Export!)

Scammer....start with one time deal with low price then move to another strategy to force people to go to another service ...to get personal info and more money.
My explanation:
First of all, I am not required to display my full name since I genuinely own the account. And I stand by everything I wrote. My comment was actually useful because it allowed me to finally regain access to the platform I had paid for but couldn’t use for quite a while.
They had put up a forced pop-up banner that required users to subscribe to free an additional service in order to continue using the platform — as if it were some kind of essential update… which I never agreed to.
And now, miraculously, I suddenly have access again. So clearly, my negative review worked.
Their reply, however, is long but meaningless… they try to accuse me of bad faith, which only confirms once again how questionable their customer service is...

I raised a ticket on 16th June 2025 regarding many issues with the site, I received a ticket number and was expecting a response within or near to 72 hours (that's what the confirmation email states). No response!
I contacted the company again on 26th June, this time it gave me another ticket number, I was expecting a response within or near to 72 hours (as that is what the confirmation email states). Guess what...No response.
I have also emailed directly twice and no response.

Tickets are being raised, ticket numbers issued, emails are being sent and received but no response.

There are so many issues and faults with this platform, so although it was a cheap lifetime access cost, I have never produced anything with it in the time I have been a member (November 2024) There are no contact numbers to speak to anyone about customer support or service, just their online ticket system which is clearly not working.

I am very disappointed that I completely wasted my money on this platform. When things aren't working, i.e broken links, pages not found, among other issues you should get a response back from someone.

I have never complained or written a review like this before but when you pay for access to a service and you are not getting what you paid for, there is something very wrong, therefore I felt compelled to write this, hoping that maybe the company will respond here instead!!

**Based on the response to my 'genuine' review, I have now submitted another ticket with multiple screenshots and copies of emails to support my claim and prove that previous tickets have been raised. Let's hope this can now be resolved!**

It's good value for all the perks you get. Just need to invest time watching the tutorials and playing around with app to utilize and discover what it offers.

The products are good value for money but I had an email Plasfy stating the bonuses were now working. I tried to log in with my password without any success. I tried to use the forgotten password but had an error message: site error. Unfortunately, as yet, this is not true. This email was from February. Rob

Plasfy meets almost the same high standard as Canva at a much lower price! It's a one-time fee too. Plasfy has lots of fun features and is constantly being developed. Definitely worth it!

I stopped using this platform shortly after my original review because it was simply not usable. After a year, I took another look — prompted by the developer’s response — expecting at least some visible progress. There was none.

The platform remains underdeveloped and unfocused, with the same core issues: weak performance, a cluttered interface, and a business model centered more on upselling than on delivering a functional product. It still feels like a low-quality Canva imitation, without a clear value proposition of its own.

What stands out most is the attitude toward criticism. Instead of addressing concrete shortcomings, feedback is dismissed as a matter of “personal preference.” That is not product maturity — it’s narrative control.

The impression is clear: the priority is acquiring new users through polished promises, not improving the experience for those who already signed up. Based on this, I cannot recommend the service.

Not recommended. One star is generous.

Hat's off to the creators of Plasfy. I am not advanced designer and therefore,
I am very much excited to see the features of Plasfy online design platform.
Plasfy is an intuitive online design platform that aims to simplify the creative process for professionals and beginners alike.

The key features are,
1) User-Friendly interface.
2) Extensive template library.
3) Customizable elements.
4) Collaboration Feature.
5) Cloud-Based convenience.
3) and Most important affordable pricing.

Palsfy will be an excellent tool for business, startups, content creators, and marketers who need a quick and reliable design solution.
I am doubtful whether it will be useful for the advanced designers because there needs are unlimited.

What a great little software package, and apart from the slow server it contains a really broad set of graphics options from the birthday card, with a catchy slogan, to a book cover that is easy to edit for the first-time designer. A good effort by Plasfy.

I feel disappointed, I have purchased the package for life time on the promotion—unfortunately I can not use it. The system see me as not upgraded and request another Upgrad.

I have raised two tickets, No reply uptill now.

I feel some kind of comfort when I read some comments here. I will change my rating if they reply my ticket and solve my problem or even refund my money back.

This tool is really easy to use for all your graphic design needs. Whether you're new to design or already have experience, it's simple to understand and helps you create designs for your business. It has a lot of templates and features that make it quick and easy to put together great designs.

Not knocking its cheap enough but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for I cant see me getting much use out of this... Canva is leagues apart

Absolutely fantastic! I'm impressed with everything but mainly because I get to live a less stressed life now since I don't have to deal with the hassle of creating everything from the ground up! I'm literally in love with Plasfy! <3

Purchase and login was easy, and it's a great deal.
But I'm really impressed with the ease of use.
I find Canva complicated.
With Plasfy I didn't even watch the tutorials and I've already created new Facebook banners.
Definitely a must buy!

Seems pretty cool to have all this access for cheap. However, the actual content. Like If i search for a bike or mountain biking there is barely any library. Canva has volumes more. So, if you want a basic app that you will have to use your own photos and content it may be for you. But this is really stripped down. Maybe has potential....
