Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 crashed fatally during the latest Windows 10/64bit update of 2022-11-11. (In fact my powerful gaming laptop completely crashed during the latest Windows Update). It took me several days to get Windows 10 working again, after which I found that both my VPN and Auslogics were both fatally crushed. Auslogics delivered (within hours), an email with detailed instructions on how to uninstall and then recover BoostSpeed 12 (required a full re-install). Their email included all of the information needed to download the install file, including my License Key; and it worked perfectly upon completion of the directions.
Solved in 1 email. - Auslogics is hands down the best of the best at what it does, and their tech support is second to none.

I purchased Registry Cleaner 10 from them online. I was supposed to receive a license key within 15 minutes. I have still yet not received the key. I contacted them through paddle.net, no help, through support at Auslogics no help, through facebook, no help. Disputed the transaction on PayPal.

Although I chose to cancel my subscription due to the function not really performing for the level I wanted, I found an easy way to cancel it. I notice many reviews about this being difficult. It is not. I emailed support, who answered quickly and confirmed the cancellation. I also managed to find that cancellation is done yourself through the bot chat. Just type in cancel account and it does it immediately. Simple!

There used to be a misunderstanding in billing process. However, after a few conversations through emails, the problem was solved nicely. The support team is very helpful. For me BootSpeed is a real assistant in making my laptop run smoothly.

Have used Boostspeed for years. Really reliable and fast. The Dashboard and interface I find are very user friendly.

I experienced a problem with Auslogics Deep Disk Cleaner module. I reported the problem to the Auslogics support team. Their customer support contacted me promptly. We conducted a series of tests with their software developers. Their software developers found the problem and fixed it. I was very impressed!

Fast is a bit of an understatement compared to what I have used in the past.

My Asus Transformer Mini loves Auslogics apps. Boostspeed keeps it alive due to the small disk and the pile of sediment that accumulates, which without its help I wouldn't know how to honestly remove. I am very satisfied, especially since with one license I can use it on the 3 laptops I use. Auslogics is professional and trustworthy. I would especially like to praise the free Everything, which is especially useful and dear to me, without which I could never do it again. I am a loyal user year after year, after I have tried other applications, I remain there.
