The price you were charged is the price that was displayed in that final summary before you entered your payment information. Nothing is added after you authorize payment. The note about not navigating back after entering your card details is standard across e-commerce sites; it's there to prevent duplicate authorizations if the page reloads or if you accidentally submit twice, not to lock you into anything.
