The boards are great! They are easy to clean and cut on.

I have used the titanium pan. It was good when I was cooking in butter or chicken broth but when my husband fried an egg with some cooking spray, the egg stuck to the pan in parts. He was not happy with those results. Customer service has been very good. I also got the small titanium cutting board. It performs fine but I am not happy with how it looks after washing. Too many water spots that make it look old. Overall I do not think either product is worth the cost.

I like the ridgidity of the board allowing you to pick it up to transfer cuttings to a pot. I don't like, and didn't anticipate, the way it sticks, sucks down, to the counter, making it hard to pick up. I like the way it cleans up so nicely, giving me comfort that there is no retained bacteria. The scratches that accumulate on the surface don't really bother me in appearance, and make me think that it's softer than my knife, dulling it less that otherwise. But, I do have to sharpen it more often.

These are the best cutting boards I have ever used, worth the wait to have them shipped from Japan. The knife is excellent and works very well with the board.

I love the cutting boards. I have the 3 piece set and I use them every day. They wash well and dont scratch badly beyond the normal marks thay most metal cutting boards get. I would definitely recommend.

I love, love, love my new cutting boards!

They clean well either by hand or in the dishwasher. Due to some health issues, I needed something that I knew was actually clean each time I used them.

I highly recommend investing in your health by purchasing these boards. Not only is the product great, so is the customer service!

Shipping was prompt and the cutting boards were as described. Nice that they are actual titanium. Only minor issue, is some of the edges are sharp and you need to handle carefully, so not to cut yourself. I did take some sand paper to smooth off the edges, which helped.

I have used the titanium cutting boards for two weeks. What I like most about these boards is how easy to clean they are. I am dismayed that these boards dull even the Japanese knives within a week. Speaking of Japanese knives, I love the chef knife I purchased along with the titanium boards.

Buyers be aware! Per customer service these cutting boards punch out for the handle is the customers responsibility to smooth if too sharp. As stated in a response, I can use a file or sandpaper to dull the inner handle hole, or it will eventually dull down with use. Because it's made that way and isn't considered defective, therefore you can not return it because of food and safety regulations. WATCH THE AD FOR SHARPNESS on Inner handle OF THIS CUTTING BOARD,

My order was delayed and incomplete. I didn't receive the items listed as a bundle: non-slip pads, cookbook or knife sharpener. I bought two boards and was to receive a third one free, but it was much smaller. I only get same email response that I will be contacted within 24 hrs....not happening. Phone contact leaves no option to leave a message. Very frustrating.

The cutting board looks great and does a great job just as they said it would. It does not scratch at all. I get a few knife marks but noting that I would call a scratch. It washes off with ease and looks great just as they said it would. They follow up emails with the order have all been a pleasure to answer. We use the board almost every day and we love it. We use it for cutting chicken, vegetables and meats and it does a great job with all of them.

I had some glitches with the ordering process and my delivery process but Sarah, the customer service rep, was absolutely amazing, explaining step by step and going above and beyond to make sure that I received my order and was satisfied with the quality of my cutting boards and the knife set. Wow, what an asset to your company!

We were given the wrong information on your website with the chat which made things difficult. It was hard to tell from your website what size boards would be the free one. Also, the boards came in with sharp edges. I wanted to return the product and that was not possible. We were told with use they would smooth out. Instead we sanded the edges to make them more smooth. Now I will say, it's the best cutting board I've ever had.
We purchased some for our family members and they all LOVE them too!|

First of all the boards seem like they will last and the large one is useful ( thank goodness I upgraded to a large. But initially the order got messed up because pretty much anywhere else a BOGO is of equal or lesser value. So when I upgraded I thought I was getting all large. I would be totally happy if that was the case. The boards make me feel like they will keep my family safe, but because they are very slippery compared to wood or plastic cutting boards, the smaller sizes are a total waste because everything just moves so much that it ends up off the edge. And my husband wishes there was some sort of a handle because they are difficult to pick up when lying on the counter

We received our cutting boards in August and started using right a way. They came earlier than I expected and well packaged. Started using them right away. We find them easier to cut, on with no harm to our knives. We got two bigs one and it came with a small one. I like you can use both sides and little one is great for small amounts. They hand wash and DW well. A small bit of scratching but but they are
Stainless steel & much better than plastic scratching. My friend tried them and she loved them too. We also are trying to get rid of using plastic so great addition.

Am really enjoying using the cutting boards. They truly live up to all the claims. I would recommend them to anyone who want a high quality and safe cutting board.

Miss Sarah was very professional ,nice and kind however she has a lot of knowledge she helped me out a lot doing the ordering process whenever I had a question about something she answered me right away even on the weekends . I ordered three cutting boards and one knife set. It seems like it took a while to get them but she kept in contact every step of the way so you knew about when you should be receiving them. I actually gift them to other people so I can't tell you honestly how the items works but they were so happy with the appearance of the set and the cutting boards . Each cutting board came with authentication paper. They appear to be a very nice company Miss Sarah is very pleasant. Thank you so much I appreciate all your help. The one thing I do not like is trying to do the survey because I had to go out of it because the company that's doing the survey for them won't let it go through without every blank being filled in.
I filled this survey out like three times because they want to exact date I guess that you ordered the product and if you don't put that in they won't let it go through that makes you not want to do the survey . That is way too much to have to deal with to fill out a survey

These boards are exactly what I needed! Especially the small sized board, which I use for cutting/slicing cheese!
The large board is great for meats and all of them clean really easy!
