Fantastic from start to finish. Jemma and the office team were great at communicating the works and arranging for extremely prompt repairs. All the site staff we have met have been kind, polite, and effective! Thank you very much!

Would have given the workmen 100% apart from replacing a drain cover with a cracked slab. Despite this they worked well and were polite and informative, No loud pop music! Thank you.

They knowledgeable about what they were doing and kept me up to date with progress. There workmen were respectful and got on with job in hand in a professional and courteous manner. Definitely recommend.

I was delighted that Jay from Auger came to our house this week to find a water leak, which involved digging up part of our driveway, despite heavy rain, and found the water leak that other firms had failed to do for some months and then re-instated the driveway. An excellent day's work, for which I am most appreciative.

Due to two cracked drains we had to make a claim on our insurance company and they appointed Auger to inspect the drains to make sure the fault was as described and then, having approved the work, to undertake the repairs.
The staff I dealt with at their office, the engineer inspecting the drain and the team doing the work were all friendly, helpful, and clear in their communications, and the work was carried out professionally and promptly, without making a mess, so we were completely happy with the company.
As they only have a few bases around the UK they might be a bit expensive if you had to pay privately for their travel, but we were lucky it was covered by our insurance, and for professionalism I don't think Auger could be bettered.

Very disappointing experience with Auger.

Auger were assigned through my insurance company to deal with a main leak that, thankfully, had not penetrated the surface.

Unfortunately, the engineer exposed the mains pipe without first checking whether the water supply could actually be turned off. During the work, he also cut through the hot water pipe, resulting in the main water supply running for over five hours.

There was no apology or offer of compensation, and we were left without hot water for 48 hours. When I raised my concerns, the response was essentially that this was all "normal", which I found extremely disappointing.

The engineer also left tools across the floor, did not properly cover or protect surfaces, left a mess behind, missed responses and phone calls, and ultimately only responded by email.

Overall, a very poor experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Auger if you have a choice.

2 visits to initially verify and then correct and external garden leak. Good communication by telephone and site visit Engineering. Would recommend with no issues.

The guys were extremely professional, well mannered and made a stressful situation barrable. That's from the teams onsite to the customer service teams. 10 out of 10 for service.

The drainage works were completed professionally and to a high standard. We had previously called out a couple of other firms who provided conflicting advice on the work required and at very high cost. We were very pleased with the service provided by Auger.

From start to finish, everything about my dealings with Auger has been first class. I initially chatted with two colleagues working at my neighbours and was so impressed from that chat I rang up to find out more, to see if you could help me. Everyone I have spoken with both over the phone and colleagues attending my property to carry out the repair work, have been brilliant - polite, courteous, respectful, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend Auger to anyone.

Ryan from Auger came out following a repot from our water company that we had a leak.
On investigation he found no leak on our incoming supply pipe but did find the the recently installed meter had not been fitted correctly. Once refitting all was fine.
Ryan talked us through everything he was doing and was very professional. Highly recomended

Auger came to redo work that had not been done Isatisfactorally in the opinion of the insurance company by We Are Drains. This time the work was completed quickly and everything left immaculate.

I cannot recommend Auger enough.
The service, communication & their actual work is astounding.
The office staff & engineers alike, are so friendly, helpful & informative … I am so very happy with them.

I had a problem that was taken care of by Auger, taking the worry out of it for me. The company and workmen were very accomplished and their work was well organised and very tidy. Thank you.

The consultant who called at my house was very polite and professional. He left no mess and you could not tell that he lifted some of my block paving.
