ATHLEAN-X™ Anmeldelser

Support team was helpful with quick responses.

Besides AthleanX having amazing supplements and programs. Their customer service is outstanding. I had an inquisition about something and they responded same day via email. I’ve been a customer for a year and change and plan to continue training with AthleanX.

I had contacted support because I wanted a workout program that I was supposed to get upon purchasing a certain dollar amount. When I didn't receive the program I reached out and AthleanX support promptly fulfilled my request.

Answering questions and concerns with upmost professionalism. Definitely going to turn into a dragon with the Bruce Lee workout.

I received a promotional email that promised a bonus program with purchase, so I clicked through and bought the next program I intended to buy. However, I didn't notice at first that the bonus offer had ended the night before. I figured that it couldn't hurt to ask if I could still receive the bonus, so I emailed support. Within minutes I received a response that, although the promotion had ended, the bonus program had been added to my account as a courtesy.

I already had a very high opinion of the Athlean-X company because of the quality of the workout programs. Now I have an even higher opinion because of the quality of the support staff. Thank you again!

Support was awesome, had a immediate response and problem solved !

I've been on a fitness journey on and off throughout my life. I am now in the mid-fifties and can say that I am in the best shape of my life. Thanks to Jeff Cavalier at AthleanX, I have stayed motivated these last few years. His daily YouTube videos and his paid training programs kept me on track. As a guy with a penchant for science, his science based explanations really helped me understand the why of what he taught. I bought several of his programs because they work. His support staff is also first rate.

I recommend AthleanX to men and women of all ages. My vitals are good. I look good in the mirror. I feel proud of my body, It looks and functions like I was 35. Thanks Jeff and team. I will continue my fitness journey with your guidance for many more decades.

P.S. Training on your own without proper guidance can lead to injuries. I have seen how some injuries have sidelined people for months and years. Some never go back to training. This is tragic. All this can be avoided with the proper coaching on technique and form.

I made a supplement purchase as I was interested in getting the free Bruce Lee Dragon training program that came with any order above $75. Unfortunately, I had missed the deadline by a few hours, but I contacted Athlean X Support asking whether they could still provide me with the free program as I was living in a different time zone. They were happy to help and provided me with the program anyway. Very understanding team and made my day! Their willingness to help and instant service really stood out to me.

I was 1/2 day late purchasing a program with another free offer.
I didn't know it at the time
The Support group was very quick to respond to my request and took care of everything in the appropriate manner.

I greatly appreciate the prompt and timely response by Judith in efficiently resolving the issue I was facing. Cheers to the spirit with which the support staff works

Have some issues during my first access to the portal, since i am a global customer (non US customer) but the team patiently guided me through and solve the problem relatively quick. Hope to get great result from the programme. Thank you!

Always so responsive with 100% customer satisfaction in mind. Thanks, you are all the best!

Have been using athleanx since 2014. Every program keeps you engaged and motivated to keep going. The support team has been so great as well! Has shown their appreciation for my loyalty in many ways. Can’t thank them enough!

Great programms, excelent content, perfect support

I received excellent customer services. They were quick to respond to my enquiry. They acknowledge my concern, and were able to help first time around.

What is there to say other than have you ordered your program yet?! I have had 13 surgeries from my time in the Marine Corps and have a wife and three daughters. Not only are the programs great to help me get back in shape from injuries but also encompasses full body mobility and health to keep my pain as low as possible and ensure I continue to keep up with my family. I have used Athlean-X solely for years now and love all of the programs and the thought put into them in regards to body mechanics. Not only are the programs great but their customer service is top notch and extremely responsive to any questions I may have to ensure I get the most out of my programs. I highly recommend everyone try at least one program because you will be hooked.

Customer care was quick, super friendly and professional, and ultimately helped me in short order. Couldn't be happier with the help received. Thanks!

Excellent products, programs, and support services.

I have been an AthleanX supporter for several years now and the consistency of Jeff's programming, supplements and customer service are among the best in industry and have helped me achieve my training goals. Thank you Jeff!

Loving Jeff's content on youtube with great understandable explanations. Also loving his supplements, while not cheap, but definitely very good and tasty. His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. Also the Support department via email is working very well, giving clear and detailed answers.

Keep up the good work.
