They said it would be $5. and then when I gave my cc info they charged me. $5. + $65= $70.

That is a sleazy way to do business!

I canceled immediately, and then got an email that said they would refund the $70 in 3 to 5 days. I hope that happens.

Was quoted $5 for consultation, but charged $65 PLUS the $5. Don't do it!

What connected to a vet got what o needed. CANCELLED my membership and then was charged regardless took 3 months to access my account and now I can't get a refund terrible customer service not worth it states you can cancel at anytime is a lie THIS IS A SCAM

Says only $5 I have been charged $65 a month for 3 months! Try chatting with them and ask them to cancel they want me to pay another $5!!! 🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣

Scam. After taking to AI as usual I finally was speaking to a “vet”. Sounded AI-ish to me he gave me some suggestions and I did some research after we hung up and everything he said was wrong. First he said cats with UTIs usually heal on its own, which is not true. Then he said give the cat some water and put some milk in it so she drinks it. Which you’re not supposed to give cats milk it cannot affect their stomach and make things worse. Then he was insisting on me buying something from Amazon and I kept explaining to him that we are having ice storms and we won’t be getting anything from Amazon for a few days. Besides, we don’t have overnight deliveries here. So thanks for nothing. What a waste of time and thanks for the scam in fine print saying it’s a $65 monthly subscription. I took care of that quick.

They prey on people!! They tell you all you have to do it pay a $5 fee to speak to a vet. What they hid in the fine print was that you were actually starting a monthly membership at $65 a month. My poor mom was charged 2 months before she noticed and the initial email they sent her also made it difficult to find the contact information to cancel the membership. I tried getting the info through their chat, but to speak to someone, they wanted me to pay, you guessed it, $5. The only reason they get 1 star is because when I finally found the number for customer service, the agent was very helpful and friendly. Do not use this service!! It's not worth it!!

The chat tells you that there is a $5.00 refundable fee to talk to a vet and when you agree, a $65.00 non refundable fee is automatically charged to your card as a new membership without your authorization.

Do not use. Giant scam… and if you use it they automatically enroll you in a membership that you don’t know about and charge your account. Beware. Also it was also not helpful. AI did a better job. They should be shut down for their scam!

Very bad business tactis to have a livechat that says "OK, got it. Here's a secure form to fill in your details and pay a one-time join fee of CA$2 (fully refundable). While you're filling this out, I'll tell the Veterinarian about your situation and then connect you two."

Then in fine print below the payment info it says "By clicking “Confirm now” I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, to be charged the one-time join fee, and a CA$44 monthly membership fee today and each month until I cancel. I can cancel via My Account to avoid future charges.".

Bad business and such a deceptive charge. They charged me $44 + the $2 fee they mentioned.

They say it's 2$ to chat online then they charge you 45$. It's a scam. They are preying on emotional people.

I had a question about my cat found their website said I would pay five dollars to chat with the vet. Vet answered all of my questions.

I was charged a membership fee two months in a row. I canceled it today contacted the company and asked for my refund and they said the minute I asked my question was when I had agreed to the membership. There was no refund policy. This is deception. The website I went to said nothing about membership.

When asking a question about my pet I was told i would pay only a one time fee of $5. Checked my bank later and was also signed up and charged $35 for a monthly membership. I didn't agree to this or if I did, it was unbeknownst to me bc it was not written out anywhere. When i realized the mistake and canceled the membership, i requested a refund and they refused. So I'll be going to my bank which is just annoying because they have shady business practices and want to trick people. The answer to my question was the same that i googled so worthless. Save your time and money (it's not the $$ its the principle and they have none)
