I purchased motherboard replacement for my DELL XPS18 tablet. My old motherboard died after unsuccessful BIOS update. The price of new MB on eBay was surprisingly low and I was worried a little. However when package arrived I was greatly surprised - the replacement was genuine DELL part and after I installed it starts and run perfectly.

I've bought several of this item from various vendors. The one I bought from Ascendtech is the best of the whole lot. It was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out. And it works fine with no issues. I will look to Ascendtech for others as needed.

Ascendtech's customer service is by far one of the easiest return experiences I've ever encountered. A pre-filled return sticker and clear instructions for return if needed were packaged with the part. All I had to do was put it on the package, fill out my refund or return with pretested replacement option, and mail it back to them, all postage prepaid. A day after they received the package, my refund was in my account. This was a day earlier than expected. You can't beat great service like that. They are definitely added to my list of top places to shop.

I ordered a motherboard for my MacBook Pro for a little upgrade project I've been working on and the board was prefect. Arrived in like new condition packaged securely and perfectly functional. Had a question about the the item after I ordered it and didn't have to wait an hour to talk to somebody and they answered my question quickly and confidently. Shopping was also quite fast. Bought a refurbished laptop. Had a problem with Windows loading. They paid to have it shipped back, then fixed it and paid to ship it to me again, all in less than a week. GRET communication, wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business with them again A++++
