It's not bad just waiting for my laptop to arrive i can't give my full experience yet just waiting?

They’re very upfront about their product and pricing. They offer a wide array of customizable features. Customer service is polite and responsive.

Ordering experience was goodVery easy to put a computer together, however I did not like the fact that when I put something in my cart on one computer that did not show up in my cart on a different computer.

Once I got in touch with a member they were very helpful

I bought a computer from this site and the computer took a while to get shiped even tho it said that it was ready to go. First day of the unboxing and the computer didnt work on a Thursday afternoon, so I call next day in the morning so they can help me and they just send me some things I neede it to follow and didnt help at all. So I had to take my new computer to get checked and finally fixed it. When I star playing an old game Left For Dead 2, im the last one to load lol even on my old computer I was like the 3rd one
so i filed for a return and then i decided to upgrade instead and they wont return the full amount, only the value of the PC and they will keep the taxes paid ($380.94) and now the want me to pay $121.75 for the Return. I will keep this computer and burn it.

Wasn't hard to make the custom choices. Like that they took care of compatability issues on making my rig.

Recieved a very fast response and personal email from the team with xotic. Looking forward to the updates and images of my builds.

The information I wanted was easy to find and there were plenty of options to find something in my price range while still being able to add in some upgrades tot he base model. Being able to track the progress of the build and testing was great.

I ended up getting sent a better model and they where super awesome with working with me so I could keep it! Super happy with my purchase

I was able to look at each section of the laptop and it was a good enough price to jump on.

So far so good!! Customer service has been great and the customization is amazing!

The sale was great. Call and ask any questions with cash in hand and they turn Gen Z on you. I bought the thing called the place said what I wanted and was told to look online. Give me a McDonalds Kiosk for that BS

Customer service is top tier. They are quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns. I’ve purchased multiple computers for them and will always return.

It was really easy, and choosing what went in my pc was really fun/cool
