In a recent purchase of a PSU everything went flawlessly.

I ordered a custom computer on eBay. I selected the options I needed, and ordered through the eBay app. The next day I received a phone call explaining that the motherboard I had selected wouldn't work for my application. The guy was eager to help answer questions, and make suggestions, without making me feel like I was getting the "upsell".

Two weeks later, my computer arrived by FedEx, well packaged, and damage free. I immediately unpacked the box, and opened the computer case. To my amazement, all the options I asked for were installed. They did a great job of routing the cables to keep the case clean, and provide good airflow.

I installed Windows. Then the drivers for the motherboard (CD came with motherboard, and they sent with computer). Inside of an hour, I was up and running, and impressed with my new computer.

That is a summary of my experience. I'd order from them again, and I have already recommended them to a friend.

Ascendtech is a trustworthy reliable and honest ebay seller. I would recommended to anyone who want to buy from them. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed since they are professional sellers and their price is worth it
