We bought a few pieces initially in your shop in Rome. Very helpful salesperson. I particularly like your policy of the limited colour palette and styles as it makes the choice so much easier. Also that you don’t have sales. Very refreshing policy. One style was unavailable that I wanted was unavailable in store but managed to find it on your web shop.

Je suis moins satisfaite de ce 2eme achat que du 1er qui m’avait ravie. Le pull bouloche beaucoup ce qui est pour moi qui suis addict aux lainages et sais en prendre soin un défaut majeur.

Sono un cliente affezionato di questa azienda e compro da loro con regolarità. I loro prodotti sono di alta qualità, realizzati con tessuti pregiati e con una cura artigianale impeccabile. Apprezzo molto il fatto che i loro capi mantengano il loro valore nel tempo, senza deprezzarsi al primo Black Friday o a causa di promozioni fasulle. The in-store visit was very pleasant, with a warm welcome and good advice. A coffee has been proposed, it was very nice. I like that clothes tell a story and feel unique. They are timeless and very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend.

Prodotto di altissima qualità come sempre, packaging da rivedere perché ha fatto arrivare il prodotto stropicciato, forse doveva essere più grande.

Ich habe eine großartige Ware erhalten. Auch trotz des europäischen internationalen Versand lief alles komplett reibungslos. Ich musste das Produkt leider zurückgeben, da ich mit der Größe nicht zurecht kam. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Produkt zu tun. Ich bin einfach grundsätzlich zwischen zwei Größen

La mia visita allo store Artknit Studios di Biella è stata, ancora una volta, un’esperienza estremamente positiva. Conosco molto bene il brand e ritrovare in negozio la stessa cura, coerenza e qualità raccontata online non è per nulla scontato.
Il personale è accogliente, competente e sempre disponibile a guidarti nella scelta dei capi con grande professionalità: fa piacere entrare in store anche solo per un saluto, è un po' sempre come tornare a casa. Lo store è curato, piacevole e rispecchia perfettamente i valori e l’identità del marchio.

Dopo aver acquistato dei pantaloni e richiesto in data 8 novembre il servizio di sartoria entrambi già pagati mi sono
stati riconsegnati solo in data 26 novembre . Mi avevano assicurato tempi di 4 giorni , poi mi sono recato in negozio dopo una settimana e non erano pronti. Mi avevano confermato un riscontro via email mai ricevuto . Ho quindi contattato lo store ma al recapito non rispondevano al cellulare . Ho quindi chiamato il numero presente nella vostra pagine Instagram e solo lì hanno preso incarico la situazione sebbene lo store solo a fine giornata mi ha comunicato che erano pronti per il ritiro.
