The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda…
The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda Milne, at your Gt Western Rd branch is the reason I made a purchase. I told her what I was looking for, I had a look about and was about to leave when she steered me towards the Clearance section on line. She had looked out a likely bedframe for me, showed me a couple , and as a result, I bought one and a mattress as well.
She was on the ball, helpful and had a good manner with me.
Today, I went back to arrange the disposal of my current bed and the male assistant was extremely efficient and helpful.

Great service and advice
Mark was very knowledgable and gave us some good advice after previously going to other bed specialists and not feeling we were being listened to regarding what we needed. We were pleased to give Archer’s our business and look forward to receiving our bed in a few weeks

I was looking for an adjustable bed for my father and Graham was so helpful he explained everything about the bed I was interested in and explained how the controls worked, he also told me that there was a choice of colour which I was not aware of, I thought it was only the colour in the brochure that was available, he was well mannered and I am extremely happy with the interaction I had with Graham, the bed is now eagerly awaited by my father.
Thank you Archers.
