Happy returning customer
As a returning customer to Archers Sleepcentre we had every confidence that we would have a good experience .
We were not disappointed. Grant, our Archers representitive was very welcoming and well mannered.
Grant was very knowledgeable about all the beds and mattresses available and took time to explain everything clearly.
Our purchase was concluded in a professional manner to our satisfaction.
Grant's knowledge and professionalism went a long way in confirming to us that Archers was the place to do business.

Archers - Mark
Dealt with Mark, extremely helpful & talked us through the different types of mattress & pillows to support our requirements. Very knowledgeable, no hard sale. Even emailed us back telling us who they use to 'dress' the beds so we can achieve the same look at home. Would recommend.

The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda…
The helpfulness of the assistant Brenda Milne, at your Gt Western Rd branch is the reason I made a purchase. I told her what I was looking for, I had a look about and was about to leave when she steered me towards the Clearance section on line. She had looked out a likely bedframe for me, showed me a couple , and as a result, I bought one and a mattress as well.
She was on the ball, helpful and had a good manner with me.
Today, I went back to arrange the disposal of my current bed and the male assistant was extremely efficient and helpful.

Great service and advice
Mark was very knowledgable and gave us some good advice after previously going to other bed specialists and not feeling we were being listened to regarding what we needed. We were pleased to give Archer’s our business and look forward to receiving our bed in a few weeks
