Ordered a Hisense washing machine
Ordered a Hisense washing machine, although delivery did say 1-3 days it was delivered a week after ordering ( the reason why it is not 5*) after a call on the 4th days was explained because we live in a remote area that is why it was longer than predicted.
Raj & nick (great guys) delivered the machine and made sure to check it was all in great condition! Excellent service from them!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Placed an order last week via Amazon and was advised Wednesday/Thursday delivery. I then contacted the company to ask for an exact date and was told Wednesday/Thursday but couldn't give me any more info than that. I've had my wife wait in for 2 days without delivery so called the company to be told they will now deliver on Saturday because I live near Liverpool and the van wasn't going to Liverpool until Saturday.
No apology! Nothing! When I complained about the fact I'd been told Wednesday/Thursday I was told I could either take delivery on Saturday or cancel the order!
Absolute waste of time!!!!! Customer service is a joke!

Hi,
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery experience.
We understand how frustrating it is when delivery expectations change, especially when you have made arrangements to be available. Delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by route planning and location constraints, but we appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused.
We apologise that you felt the communication and service you received were not up to the standard you expected. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are sorry to hear that you have concerns about the appearance of your fridge freezer.
