I suddenly needed a particular model of Liebherr refrigerator on Friday18th December, which I thought what with Covid, Brexit & Christmas might be very difficult, but I found exactly what we needed on Appliance World, phoned them and spoke with an incredibly helpful young lady, who said that they had stock, so when I fearfully asked about delivery costs & gave her my post code, she said it was free, and could be delivered on the 22nd. And today it was indeed delivered exactly as promised, the the most extraordinarily helpful delivery driver, who actually brought into the house, and put it down exactly where i wanted it, and then he also gave me some good advice on when to switch it on!! Absolutely fabulous service!

Initial contact with them was excellent. Ordered neff hob online but when rang the next day they informed me that delivery would be 2 months away so as I wanted this urgently said that I didn’t want this. Two minutes later I rang again to say I would replace this with a Bosch hob and delivery was immediate so asked them to transfer cost. In the meantime, a refund had gone through for the first one which I had not realised. I emailed to ask whether delivery had been arranged and Steve informed me that there was an outstanding payment but he made an effort to put this on the van very early in the morning which was much appreciated.

However, the after sales service is appalling. When opening the packaging found out that this had a plug and not to be hard wired. Rang them up and asked for an exchange for another one but as I had opened the packaging to check everything ok they informed me that they couldn’t sell this as new even though the only thing that had been disturbed was the banding and if I wanted to have this collected then it would cost me £75 to send back! Logic tells me that if I was ordering another one and having it delivered then an exchange could take place with no additional costs involved.

In brief, good sales but rubbish after sales. Most companies would be more than happy to exchange. BE WARNED MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT ITEM AS YOU WILL NOT GET ANY HELP IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

PS noticed on previous reviews that this company was happy to exchange other customers appliances. Emailed to clarify why they couldn’t do the same for me but they couldn’t be bothered to reply.

Ordered 5 appliances and dealt with Charles. The service was excellent, communications were really good informing us of an item out of stock and when it would be delivered. I made an error on an item and there was no fuss or issue, Charles just dealt with it. Would recommend and great prices. 👏👍

Recently bought kitchen appliances from appliance world and very impressed with prompt free delivery and customer service, especially Garry who helped me out when I needed. Prices are great too. The Italian guy who made delivery was polite,respectful but very funny.
I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family

I ordered a dishwasher online on 20th April 2020. The money was taken out immediately and I was informed by Rob that a date would be confirmed for delivery within 14 days. I heard nothing after that and I have been chasing the company since but to no avail. No one answers the phones, emails are now bouncing back and I can't even go on the website as it is asking for registration and password. I have asked to be reimbursed but no response.
My only option is to contact my bank to try to get my money back.
Whilst I understand these are unprecedented times, the company should not have taken orders and people's money if they could not deliver.
I wonder how many others are in a similar situation.

I ordered a fridge freezer back in April. Despite receiving email confirmation I still haven't received my order. No one picks up the phone and all emails bounce back. Is this company even real? There's no information on their website about there operations during the pandemic but they are very happy to take my money.

Ordered a freezer, a few days went by and received call saying there would be a delay getting stock and would I like to cancel order. I said no, I will wait, was told delay would be over a month, I said that's fine. Chased order a week ago via email and was told order was canceled, my card was declined. I told them that was incorrect, but can they help me still. They ignored my last three emails and they have deleted the product from their site.

Ordered a Neff cooker on the telephone, the young lady was very efficient and polite. The item was in stock and we were told free delivery on the Monday, this was on theFriday. On Sunday we had a text telling us when to expect delivery. They were on time, polite and helpful. A good experience from start to finish.

Online customer although actual purchase was made after phone call with helpful assistant who offered price matched but was also honest about delivery risk - waiting for manufacturer to get stock into country. Went ahead with order, delivery was 9 days later (so very fast as soon as they got stock). Appliance World van delivery driver was helpful, phoned ahead to confirm arrival time, delivered item all the way into kitchen then removed old item for recycling. New dishwasher was in perfect condition, now installed & working well.

I went to Applience World Swinton to buy a new tumble dryer. I always go to Appliance World in Swinton to buy all my house hold appliances.
This is the first Time I had to send a item back and it was quick and easy and the staff were amazing.. I think its family run.. I ordered a Candy Simply Fi tumble dryer and once it had arrived it was broken. I went back for a replacement which came and the same problem happened again with the dryer so I went back to the shop and decided on a cheaper model and they refunded the difference and quickly delivered the 3 tumble dryer which works a treat. The customer Service was fantastic no problems with it at all.. It was all dealt that day. Thank you xx

Looking to purchase Neff appliances and had not visited Appliance World before, checked the website out and decided to proceed with purchase. So glad I did, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong product and a sleepless night followed. One call to Rob from Appliance World the next morning totally reassured me, He was welcoming and soon put me at ease.and helped talk me through alternative products, displaying great product knowledge of the Neff range, he then helped me to decide on an alternative Neff microwave. Customer service was excellent happy to recommend based on my personal experience. Thank you Rob.

Customer service from Rob in Swindon has been and still is a delight. Purchased an excellent (and quiet) Neff extractor a couple of years ago and Rob provided advice and a fitter to shoehorn it into position above the induction hob in our existing kitchen. He has an enthusiastic and supportive approach to smaller customers even kindly sorting out my insurance for said extractor when I'd got too close to the renewal deadline.

I recently bought a range cooker from Appliance World and from initial contact to completion of order Lydia has been excellent, even though there were issues with installation, which was not Appliance World's fault, Lydia was outstanding in her customer service - very efficient, professional and friendly. I would recommend Appliance World to anyone and will certainly purchase from them again. Thank you!

Appliance World offered the best price - no one I contacted had the diswasher in stock so delivery was all about Bosch delivering to Appliance World. It did take Bosch few working days longer than Appliance World originally estimated so the delivery to me was about 4 days later than originally estimated but in all other ways Appliance World were very good and helpful. I suspect that other possible providers would have had the same problem with Bosch so I don't really blame Appliance World. Their delivery driver was helpful and pleasant and arrived when he said he would. Overall I would use Appliance World again.

Lydia and her team are true professionals. From the initial contact through to delivery the customer service has been superb. Great prices products I will be recommending Appliance World to all my contractors that I know and will be buying from them again.

Ordered item in early February, item advised as not in stock post order. After waiting & chasing over the advised delivery period, Appliance World we’re unable to even advise when they would receive the item, let alone when I might actually receive it. Order cancelled & item purchased from Curry’s at a lower price & immediately available for delivery.
